Organizations like this exploit the homeless into signing up for Social Security. Establishing they are mentally ill insures that a homeless person that may be faking mental illness will be off the street by getting Social Security benefits never earned. I know about this exploitation and how these organizations get free money, goods, services, facilities for leeching off the homeless. Imagine Veterans get less retirement than some of these phonies getting SSI they never earned.
