i noticed at 1:44 when they turn the board around it looks like the marker has a cap on both ends, where it did not before. switching the marker would make it easy to have the coffee drained through a hose or tube of some sort. im clueless on where the hole went and how the money got in there, though.
One of my friend's says the reason it's fake: First, thing that tioed me off was that I remember seeing the Three Stuges do the same trick. If the three Stuges do it, it defintly not magical.
Also the way the Guy seemed to dirct your attention to certian things, which it turn distracts you from what he is really doing. (Which is even harder to see when it is in a video b/c the camera is limmited.
The only thing I noticed was he switches out the marker when he turns around at around 00:36 you can see his left hand pulling the marker back up into his sleeve (the switch is cut off by the camera however). I can't figure out anything else from this video, very nice trick!
