I can tell you from a OEM's point of view. Some people can draw a crowd. BTW I have herd both Cd's I have to say both writing is good. 1 album has sold more than the other. Until JukeKartel's release next couple months. Toby's band. Toby might sell more than Dilana. These are just the facts.

This reinforces why Lukas won. His melody line and lyrics were creative and musical. Dilana's lyrics were terrible. She later said she didn't realize that songwriting would be so important (but bands need to produce original material). Dilana's pretty good, but she's no match for Lukas who brings it all -- great songwriting, great voice, great stage presence. Lukas was definitely the right choice, but the exposure that the other performers got by being on this show will only help their careers.

Well, I still think Lukas is the bigger presence -- greater vocal range, too (listen to his Rise Electric and Cleavage tunes as well). Dilana hasn't yet been able to tap into the higher range of her voice. I agree with you totally about them being the reason to watch the show. I really liked Magni and Toby, too, and they both have good voices (especially Magnie), but their stage presence was just too generic.

This reinforces why Lukas won. His melody line and lyrics were creative and musical. Dilana's lyrics were terrible. She later said she didn't realize that songwriting would be so important (but bands need to produce original material). Dilana's pretty good, but she's no match for Lukas who brings it all -- great songwriting, great voice, great stage presence. Lukas was definitely the right choice, but the exposure that the other performers got by being on this show will only help their careers.

I believe that Lukas was the one,never the less, Dilana has a bigger presence.To be honest with you I didn´t like her song,and she need to work on her sonwritting.Supernova,made the right choice.Still, they respect her talent and she´s is working with Gilby.Magni and Toby had great songs,but neither of them had the presence of Dilana and Lukas. They were the reason to watch the show.

Well, I still think Lukas is the bigger presence -- greater vocal range, too (listen to his Rise Electric and Cleavage tunes as well). Dilana hasn't yet been able to tap into the higher range of her voice. I agree with you totally about them being the reason to watch the show. I really liked Magni and Toby, too, and they both have good voices (especially Magnie), but their stage presence was just too generic.

To me, generic,means "nothing special". I don´t think they were generic. Magni is a very talented person,and toby ´s original song was the best.Storm is awsome.Have you seen her version of "I wish you were here"?. I think those five guys were the bomb. The rest,are really generic. Love from argentina.

I said their stage presence was generic -- nothing special, if you want to put it that way. But I did say that they both have good voices and I agree that they are talented. But to front a band, you have to stand out. And Toby and Magni didn't stand out, in my view anyway, in terms of their presentation.

Wow, it's nice to see that a constructive argument can be made here without dissolving into, "Nuh uh, (your singer) sucks more!" But you're right, the last five were amazingly talented, and I'm glad they got the exposure they deserved. Plus, Lukas gets to go back to Rise Electric once SN's tour is finished.

I liked this jam between the two of them. It is the first time I actually liked Lukas; first time he is not STRAINING to get what he has to sing out. I appreciate his passion but the way he uses his voice usually makes me cringe. Go Dilana! She deserves to win.

Dilana's voice is so powerful no one in this competition can touch her. Lucas sound like he's constipated. He forces his voice for the raunch like every other song he sings where Dilana's is natural and true. This was child's play to her. Her range and tone blows all of them away! RS would be stupid to let her go.
