@KITTIESONCRACK it is hard when you have to serve customers as fast as you can and the line is out the door. it is also hard when customers insult you and treat you like crap, you can#t do anything but force your self to smile and not let it bother you even though you want to punch them. the customers are main reason people hate working at mcdonalds. btw not all customers are terrible but vast majority of them are. other than that its not a bad job to be honest.

i worked at McD from 1969 to 1982 in college and law school----everything was SO much simpler then.....no computers....and we worked very FAST....wore white shirts and neckties....everything was 'please' and 'thank you'....a lot of fun, actually, it was a decent job for a kid back then....plus lots of beer in the parking lot after work [you could buy 'low beer 3.2% at age 18 back then....now they call it 'lite' beer!]
