Man, between us is a sort of deaf dialog. Basically, if we say that the Dacian-Roman population of Transilvania survived and mingled up to 8th C forming the Romanians you'll say it isn't true. If we say, that we have thousands of archaeological proves, loaded museums, you say again it's a lye. If we say that there are written sources, Byzantine, old Romanian mentioning the name of this populace "Rumani", "Rhomaioi" or "pastores Romanorum" in the Hungarian chronicle, it must be a lye, isn't it?

The father of Janos Hunyadi was originally named Vojk and had a Kun (Eastern-Kipchak or Cuman) origin.
He received a territory and fort called (Vajda)Hunyad as payment for military service by King Zsigmond in 1409.
The Kuns were old allies of Hungary and "legal" immingrants in Transylvania (Erdely).
The Mother of Janos Hunyadi was Hungarian, Morzsinay. The only Romanian connection
here is that Hunyad (and whole Erdely) was given to Romania in 1921 by the French.

The "Romanians" in Hunyadi's army you refer to were the Szekelys (descendants of Huns), who even now under Romanian rule, claim to be Hungarians - and speak Hungarian. Hunyadi's Black Army was mostly Wester-European mercenaries.
The only Romanian "involvement" I heard about during the Turkish-Hungarian wars were the Romanian raids in Havasu (Havasalfold) on Hungarian armies trying to pass through the Carpathian Mountains while returning from the Balkans.
