  • This is similar to Krav maga, ARMY!

  • OMG I was hopeing to see some real shit pop off not a fuck'n demo

  • I MUST LEARN THIS IMMEDIATELY!

  • Comment removed

  • Did that nigga have a hatchet?

  • @wandfreak13 no ones ever come at you with a hatchet bro? damn man where do you live, disney world?

  • The only problem I have with this method of self-defense is using the weapon you were threatened with, after you have disarmed them of it. Not from a fight survival aspect, but from the legal aspect. It is difficult to claim self-defense, if the attacker dies from injuries received by the use of their weapon against them. I am not against fighting back, but self-defense should include attacking and restraining methods.

  • ya wanna learn to fight? Join the army THEY WILL TEACH YOU THE REAL DEAL NO BULLSHIT JUST WHAT YA NEED TO SURVIVE

  • if you disarm someone and continue to strike that is assault. If they die from consequences of said strike that can be tried as murder. If this some type of self defence program they need serious revaluations.

  • @bretta0z If a man comes at you striking for a kill at you with a gun or knife, you have the right to disarm and strike back at the person in self defence

  • @USSEntrprise I agree. However, self defence laws vary. The consistent thing though is you can defend yourself within reasonable limitations. Now, if I were an officer of the law I would never arrest or detain any victim who defends themselves from a violent. that is just me. The family members of the assailant though, can press charges for negligent death, damages, stress, and a barrage of other charges. It is all interruptible by a judge.

  • @bretta0z If you render someone unconscious you have a legal obligation to inform and report officials. If you want to teach self defence you have to educate people. They have to make the decision rather it is worth it to fight. A good reference watch Penn and Tellers No Bullshit Self Defence.

  • @bretta0z: If someone tries to fuck with you they deserve a little payback. Just disarming someone would be stupid. If you are able to you should take them out.

  • @HKA25 I'd agree with you. They should in fact receive very harsh treatment for attempted robbery, Again though, these "self defence" gurus should have of an obligation to teach laws. If you are okay with all the possible outcomes then take action. I train kick boxing, bjj, and I am US veteran who is really good with any firearm so I am all for people learning PROPERLY how to defend themselves and others. Law is Law though. Shoot a man w/ his own gun you go to prison.

  • it is not jiu jitsu i from brazil and i fight jiu jitsu

  • I took Taekwondo that also taught self defense techniques. I've seen martial artists in street fights. many have only learned to defend themselves from lazy coordinated attacks. for some, those moves only work if all the movements work in unison. i've seen a 'martial artist' screw up a part of the defense technique and then look stunned. "oh no, he's an actual person with random movements...not a construct created by my martial art."

  • Just an FYI, if you disarm a man, then kill him with the weapon, you're going to jail.

  • 322 people don´t no anything about martial arts..... it sucks

  • yup this is exactly what would happen in a real fight, they'd freeze up the moment you touch em and let you break their shit off...

  • When I get out of school Im definitely trying to take up something. You'll never know when this will come in a handy, and i aint trying be the satistic that has to get jumped to learn a serious form of self defense other than carrying the gun

  • 1 bad mother "F"er

  • sick kunt

  • Real street fight eh??

  • now jump in MMA and if ya win just one fight then you have m respect, this choreographed videos are getting on my tits, even jackie chan will tell you he cant fight for real

  • @Kamboolo Too true!

  • 0:38 Duck = 0 Fucks given

  • Хорошо работает! Где вы видели бойцов ММА ходящих по улицам и нападающих на людей? Против 2-3 хулиганов техника эта сработает отлично. Посмотрите видео реальных драк, там часто не бывает ни стойки ни скорости.

  • That's actually more krav-maga based than anything. Took it for 6 years.

  • @hardcorehuerta Krav Maga is a relatively new system of self defense that formed itself from many martial arts so it would make sense that practical jiu jitsu would look similar to it.

  • @DespairIIIX ...or vice-versa since jiu-jitsu has been around longer. ;^)

  • my grandmather kick him ass .....wtf amator

  • that wasnt fast paced. and the guy below me saying jiu-jitsu sucks? Try learning it. ITs great fun and is better than not knowing anything cuz more and more people are learning it for MMA or fun. Dont be left behind. Learn to kick ass.

  • jujitsu sucks hard and no one should learn it.in real life this guy would end up dead or in hospital

  • @risto765 Youre a complete utter fuckin' MORON.

  • never seen those stuff working in real life situations. it's never that effective and never follow that flow.

  • That was awesome. I want to learn

  • Comment removed

  • This is one bad dude! I subscribed my friend.

  • Fluid..flows easily from one technique to another..

  • ye man I am just staring to take care of my health and interested in this style but feel like then I would be just another target for the next tough guy lol I thought I was tough till I had children lol then I realized how much of a pussy I was actually being, anywasy keep it up man your pretty deadly and what does the last words mean (Chinga tu madre?)

  • Awesome stuff...but now they just shoot ya..

  • @REZ138 True. You yell "come on fight like a man", that cocksucker pulls out a fuckn gun and puts a couple of bullets into you. Damn cocksuckers! You say "C'mon go on some hand2hand combat and ill fuck the shit out of you fuckin wussy chicken!" and that stupid fuck shoots you like a dog. Chinga tu madre!

  • WUSHI FINGER HOLD!

  • What gets me is you never ever see those that claim to have the baddest fight skills in the world, ever use those skill in a real street fight.ever see any one ever get into a real fight throw up there hands. It never starts out that way.It all starts out in a verbal conflict, then its in your face.THEN comes the sucker punch are shove.I like Bruce Lee thoughts the art of fighting with out fighting

  • nice

  • I do martial arts for years, i am really skilled and well trained, very strong and fast, but i can tell you that THIS is just simply *ROFL*. If someone surprises you with a fast and strong attack, then you are plainly just FUCKED! This guy is prepared for the attacks and its JUST SHOW, thats why i always laugh at videos like that!

  • @BigFatCode sure you are, if your so skilled and trained then why no faith in what you been taught

    ?

  • @bushidobrother06 Because there is reality and there is fiction. Everybody pretends to be the best, everbody says that his/her technique is best, that he/she can defend a attack successfully or strike with devastating skills. You can be a grandmaster, but if one hits you really hard and surprising, attacked in an unexpected moment, then its very unlikely that you can make the best out of your "skills" i do have faith in what i have been taught, but again: There is reality!

  • @bushidobrother06 I remember Jet Li in an interview telling something about a fighting scene in his movie, the movie where he had to fight a couple of MMA fighters in a cage, i cant remember the name of that movie. He said that in true life he wont stand a second against one of those guys in a real fight, even though we all know that he is a true Wushu expert and skilled fighther. All the videos here are just "look what i can do,...fine isnt it!". No relation to real combat!

  • @BigFatCode "Cradle 2 The Grave"

  • From what I saw after you neutralized your opponent you went from self defense to manslaughter or straight up murder. You take his knife away then stab him while on the ground. Same with beating him over the head with a bat. Congrats on teaching people to become murderers.

  • @TehDaveable Yeah, if someone came at me with a knife, I would kill them.

  • @TehDaveable Ever fought a 'thicko?' They don't respond to pain, they keep getting up. So, you have to stop that happening; you have to turn off the machine - sometimes for good.

  • wow, you would actually let someone get that close to your face with a knife just to 'attempt' an inside technique?? No thanks.

  • THis is not Jiu Jitsu!!

  • Such a unique fighting style

  • is this the Japanes jj ?

  • and in a real fight the guy who is trained in juijitsu tackles you and sits on your chest and beats on your face until its over

  • yea, this works, assuming the dude with the knife is mentally retarded

  • same moves like aikido

  • @nokia26300 thats because the guy who created aikido studied jujitsu

  • I love how on every fighting video one youtube everyone who post a comment is a expert or some kind of MMA champion.Examples are below

  • @RsTechTools Best comment i've seen in a while! haha

  • @RsTechTools i agree

  • @RsTechTools ma is trash without out foundation no martial art is effective

  • @RsTechTools true story :))

  • ô dó krav maga é bem melhor

  • bad gun disarm...

  • If you decide to show up. We can find and alleyway where there would be no people on concrete no tapping no rules and you can pick who want. Does that work for you. Let me know.

  • Gag Reel please if you are not going to back up what you say don't post. Come down Sat. We are waiting for you. Don't send me any more posts. Show up! Or shut the fuck up! Have a great week!

  • This is my suggestion to you. Shut the fuck up and put your mouth where your skill is. You won't because you are a pussy. As far as that video it is very watered down so no one got hurt. That is why it does not look real. As far as you submitting me I was grappling champion before I ever learnt to strike. Come down on Sat. I already talked to my teacher we have the release forms and the concrete waiting for you.

  • He is 5'9'' I am 5'6' He weighs a 165 I weigh 175. We were going to let you chose. Your a pussy. Trust me. As far as the JKD comment I studied under Jerry Poteet who was Bruce Lee's best student and best fighter. I was and in house student we trained full contact with weapons! My teacher is 33 I am 47. If you feel more comfortable fighting him we can make that happen for you too. We would all sign release forms so you don't have to feel you would be sued.

  • Gag Reel, This is my suggestion to you. I have fought all over the world. You are completely full of shit. Don't post if you can't back up what you say. I was going to make you sign a release form so when I knock you the fuck out I don't go to jail. And it was going to be on concrete. As far as the out of shape comment I am 50lbs lighter now for a TV show I will fight be doing fighting on. I was going to let you pick me or my teacher to give you the choice on who you wanted to fight.

  • @GagReelProductions 11am no rules. Sat.

  • Gag Reel Productions SAT 11am. No rules.

  • Sat.

  • @GagReelProductions, 11am no rules.

  • ahhh.. it was just a bunch of crappy music :(

  • "YAWN" im gunna click on the vid with the two girls humping :D

  • @GagReelProductions Gag Reel come on down to class anytime and I will prove to you that it works. in Griffith Park, 4730 Crystal Springs Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90027- 11am. Take Western up to Los Feliz blvd. You will run into the park entrance we are there.

  • @GagReelProductions I think there is a 4 page novel on BJJ throws. It teaches you everything you need to know on how to get a man inbetween your legs. Please feel free to look up the origens of BJJ via wikki or any other site. its a poor version of judo's ground game. hell just look up kosen judo on youtube. 80yr old dudes showin you that you dont have to run all the way around someones body just to tighten a choke.

  • @GagReelProductions Inosanto trained in BJJ as he did in Judo. Bjj is the poor version of judo's ground game. Look up Kosen Judo if you dont believe me. Also bruce lee, inosanto's instructor, took judo, inosanto himself stated this in his interviews. Maciado, the one who was showing inosanto, credits all the techniques to Judo. Gracie wasn't patient and couldnt perfect the techniques of judo, thats why he formed his own.

  • This way to dangerous to use it ! in a real fight !

  • This way to dangerous to use it ! in a real fight ! better avoid fighting if posible !

  • @GagReelProductions Well, apparently we are thinking it in a totally different way.

Or anyway you are too sure of yourself. I hope for you that you're right, afterall, if anyone would be extremely good at fighting it would be quietly useless or anyway totally not careful knowing some martial art, so, i hope for you that you are right and who trains traditional martial art is wrong.

But i wouldn't say that who train traditional is an idiot: would you say the same about Paul Vunak or Dan Inosanto?

  • @patoschki I wouldn't bother wasting your time with GagReelProductions if i were you, he is clearly a UFC fanboy who clearly doesn't understand the different skill sets required for sport combat and street combat, i also train in Japanese Jujitsu and i have used it effectively on the street.

  • @BUSHIDOWAY82 Yes, at this point i give up, can't even speak with him.

    Have a nice practice.

  • @GagReelProductions 1/4 I wrote JU JITSU, i train traditional japanese JU Jitsu, not brazilian one (maybe i will, during the next 2 week i'm going to decide if i will train judo or bjj, without leaving traditional jj).

If he is an idiot, it's just your opinion, it's not a fact.

For sure (if i will not be lobotomized in the next years) i will never record a video of self defense use of JJ, because it will always be a DEMONSTRATIVE video, not a REAL fight video.

  • @GagReelProductions 2/4 If traditional JJ works or not it look to be a personal decision, personally i think it's ALL ABOUT TRAINING and maturity of the athlet/student.

If you want i can recommend you this video "Ju-jutsu full contact"

It's always JJ, training and techniques are almost the same, except the difference from any style.

  • @GagReelProductions 3/4 As i said, techniques dont keep being so clear, fast or even the same, but you learn the principle and you keep having your own techniques knowledge.

Just to say since we are (friendly i hope) speaking, BJJ techniques comes (and they are not so different) from traditional JJ. A BJJ athlete is considerable a JJ athlete specialized in fighting at ground. Would you be 100% sure that a BJJ athlete is better than a greco-roman wrestler or a grappler or viceversa?

  • @GagReelProductions 4/4 I don't think. Because techniques are effective for any disciplines, but it's still about training, don't you think?

And, as you can see in the video i linked before, Jap JJ athlets have wrestling techniques too, because it's a large part of JJ (I remember you that Judo techniques come all from JJ), maybe they are not good as a BJJ athlet or a wrestler, because they are not so much specialized in that, but if the JJ athlet spend more time in training, he could be the same

  • @GagReelProductions 2/2 But, i repeat, it's all about training.

Some dojos think that randori or sparring is not important, some gym think it is a must. We make very few sparring, that's why i'm not confident in my technique for a fight, so it's again a question of being mature enough.

But i'm really confident in my techniques against chokes or grabs because they are trained really well and they are static situation as in "collaborative" training (with opponent trying to resist, i mean)

  • @GagReelProductions 1/2 I trained for 1 month MMA but didn't like peoples in that gym, so i moved away, now i'm training Ju Jitsu for 4 months.

I understand you, i'm not totally preferring Ju Jitsu, i don't have preferences. But i think peoples must be mature enough to understand how to use it.

I like in MMA the nice physical training, but i get it by myself out of JJ dojo. I like in MMA that you have almost_real fight during your training, that's what's missing in other martial arts.

  • Mad for choreography.

  • NICE.......self defence techniques must be SIMPLE,EFFECTIVE & EFFORTLESS .i think this combat art is the best..in other self defence traings they requires cnsiderable amount of power and they won't show any style in fight

  • People really want to believe that martial arts really work this way. If these techniques were combat effective, you would see them being used in MMA.

  • @Shorty20122012 since when was MMA a gauge for what is effective in the street?

  • @Shorty20122012 You obviously don't know the difference between MMA and self defense

  • Comment removed

  • 0:09 owned bitch,i will use that some day haha

  • It really looks like art!

  • i have a hard time beliving the effectivness based on demostrations. in a real scenrio there are so many outcomes its hard to say what would work or how effective it would be.personally i feel the best thing to do is avoid occoms razor and keep things simple. just basic boxing and wrestling maybe some basic leg kicks to but nothing fancy. though i think it be sweet if someone busted out takewondo and tornado kicked someone lol

  • isnt it Krav Maga?

  • @vitor2loko yes it is

  • fack

  • I'd like to see someone try to steal this guy's car lol. Chances are that he could easily do that against a real threat. Every action is faster than a reaction, that's also impossible to anticipate. Thief would get owned unless he would just shot him before getting into the car. Nice vid.

  • This guy is good but you can never simulate the real thing, these people don't resist him, they are pupets..

  • @printisoric i would love to see u try to steal his car..

  • @caproneinfernale JuJitsu is japanese

  • its bjj or japanese ju jitzu?

  • Hmm, how about you demo your killer jitsu on someone who ISNT an overweight geriatric?

  • shit on these stupid monkeys

  • 0:01 i won't sleep without lights today o.O

  • Its funny how everyone here is a street fight master, and most of these kids have never done shit.

  • 1:18 quem eh que vai dar uma cabeçada dessas

  • you bettah have some lighting quick reflex during a fight to do all that

  • Some nice moves, but for the most part the attacker starts to attack from far away and then goes limp and waits to be thrown once the counter starts.

  • Some moves BIG LOL,but some are good.

  • Freeman's? Where's the crowbar?

  • wszystko fajnie na filmiku, a jakby dopadl go fighter z ufc z nozem w reku to nie wiedzialby gdzie uciekac. zenada dla dzieci pozdro

  • nice, but i prefer Krav Maga :))

  • Look i apprecaite the time and skill u put into ju jitsu but u have to go through the moves in more detail

  • Good.

  • Was that Royce Gracie? :D

  • attackers r dum

  • Theres a small chance that some1 nowadays will attack u whith a knife...He simply takes gun from the distence and u are screwed. And btw this looks more like Aikido to me then Ju jutsu..

  • @Figaro880 aye if i had a gun and wanted to rob someone i would simple shoot them and then rob them :P

  • @TheObelix876 f* thoughts

  • @goodbyeman2 you dont wanna know what happens in my head :)

  • i live in venezuela. .. there only have pistol .. what can i do vs that ? 2 guys with pistol ?

  • @Skiinerxxx make some HADOOKEEEN!!! :-)

  • UFC>>>>Precisa de você....hahahahaha

  • That was more tie kwando than jitsu

  • 0:37 the bird in background :D

  • Badass dude right there.

  • 0:07 Most of it was some cool jujitsu but THAT is a little extreme!

  • Just noticed that most of the techniques are also techniques used in aikido, especially the locks

  • hw abt guns?

  • i lake this but if you can do this in a real fight?yes end no

  • i would smash this guy at jujitsu forreal no of his techniques are any goodand a decent ground fighter would laugh at him

  • Most people in real life would not ground fight you... They will try to stab you or hit you with something like a human being... I do Brazilian Jujitsu and it's my passion and favorite sport. But I would not try to use it in real life because that person might have something in their pocket, like a knife. If I was truely in danger from an attacker, I would run, if I coulden't run I would use a weapon,if I coulden't I would kick keeping distance, if I got taken down, THEN use JJ to get up and run

  • @yvonnev1122 Spoken like someone who has watched a whole lot of Ultimate Fighter episodes. You should also add spelling, and punctuation to your list of accomplishments to go alongside your amazing ground fighting skills.

  • @BrentShiver no actually i am a legit mma fighter and i dont really follow the ufc alot..more like bellator, m1 global, and yes some ufc and yea i noticed that i messed up the spacing lol and didnt spell none all the way

  • excellent

  • lol this stuff doesn't work. Do not do it. Anyone putting the least amount of resistance on any of these techniques the technique will fail and you're back to square 1. I do think that if the technique failed this guy would still kick my ass.

  • i have a question? what move do i use if one pulls out a gun?

  • @1747CT the move is called "hands up ang give him the 10 bugs in your wallet"

  • @breedingpitmetal there really isnt a move to do when someone has a fuckin gun is your face right. these shit dont work all the time

  • @1747CT that's exactly what i told you :D did you actually read my answer?

  • @breedingpitmetal i know, i was just agreeing that there isnt really shit you can do when someone has a gun in your face.

  • @1747CT carry your own gun. that's what we do in texas.

  • @1747CT You try to turn the gun in a way it is not pointing you and then you try to lock his hand or take the weapon, dont try to take it by throwing your body weight towards the weapon cause that may end pointing you.. I 've been doing Traditional Jiu Jitsu for 2 years and i can say that gun-techniques is the most difficult part(not that i believe i know a lot) that's for inevitable fight with the attacker, but as 1747CT said you better give him what he asks.. worths less than your life ;)
