Yes, in the south (sevilla, ect) they have that kind of culture, but Hevia is actually from the north, and the north of spain is just like ireland or england.

One thing i like of spain that theres many countries in one. North (ireland) south (africa) east (italy, greek influence) west (portuguese influence).
