RSS bot. It has 30 (which is a very low number) half don't work (it's incansoft  - a company reknown for abandonware) and it's not even that cheap (Fast RSS is cheaper and has many more sites to submit to, it sets up accounts and has captcha solving integrated)

the industry leader is RSS Submit from Ksoft (dummysoft) but it is pricey.

Also try Deep Linker Pro if you want to submit to directories as well
