wie macht er mit dem Musik über Itunes übertragen? weißt jemand? ich habe eine nexus S gekauft würde ich mein playlist so habe wie auf dem IPhone. danke vorraus
He said, "how he does with the music transmitted over Itunes? anyone know? I have a nexus S bought my playlist so I would have like on the iPhone. thanks advance"
its funny its all about google and android (which is the BEST!) and completely against apple (which sucks so bad) and he's using google chrome on a mac.
@eaturcrap But there are people who doesnt. People who use iTunes, zune market place etc. No shit you can download apps, thats why they have the app market. This is to allow out of the box support for streaming and those who like to pay for their music and support the artists.
When is this coming to Android? I NEED THIS!!! AHH! Ever since my Zune HD got doused in Vodka (I don't drink... long story lol) I've been away from all my music!
The amount of trouble I had setting up a Upnp server to stream my music between my ubuntu (only one I could get it working on) and my iphone was ridiculous... glad to see it coming with the android in a dedicated UI!!!
while both devices running 1 Ghz processors, the Focus runs the nearly 2 year old Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250, while the Nexus S runs the more modern Hummingbird S5PC100 processor, which is supposedly 3 times faster. The video however clearly shows both devices are similarly snappy, but the Samsung Focus remains smoother, a difference clearly more related to the OS than the hardware.
@Renarudo Regardless of what marketing has told you, Verizon's 3g is plenty fast. Just google "verizon 3g speed comparison". Wired did a test awhile ago that shows Verizon as being, on average, faster.
Also Verizon's coverage is much better than AT&T or T-Mobile... everyone knows "slow 3g" (not really, as searching will show) is better than no 3g.
@Zshazz It's not so much "marketing" as it's trying the Speed Test app on my friend's Droid. I DO agree that "slow 3G" is better than no 3G, but it's really the nature of CDMA and the wireless spectrum it runs on (which is also how Verizon signals can penetrate into basements and certain subway stations/line).
The tradeoff for having that admittedly more reliable service is that it isn't always the fastest, but I will agree that it's better than not having service.
They are using Apple macs and software to show the idiot Apple fanboys/girls that android and android running devices are compatible with "A for Apple" shit. That my friends is the final blow, something of which an Apple fanboy/girl would not initially see.
@mupp37 it should seeing as its coming for Nexus one. They will be doing a press release on dec 6th. probably to introduce 2.3. then shortly after it will be available :). hopefully in a week or 2. :) Cant wait. my Desire is itching to get off of 2.2 already(just got the update Nov 1st). haha!
I was really hoping for a iTunes like software that allows syncing with my android devices music folder. Data plans will prevent the streaming idea from becoming widely used as peoples main music solution.
@Athrunwong LTE based 4G is coming globally in January. Every carrier will have it. Things like this will be infinitely possible using an LTE network.
Why is this not coming to my BEHOLD 2? Samsung lied about 2.0 and gave us 1.6, which they weren't planning on sending out in the first, and also was the 1st and last update my phone will received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :{
@206EASTLAKEROB Next time you have an upgrade select a more honorable phone manufacturer such as HTC or MOTO as they both upgraded their handsets. I have a mytouch 3g which was literally the SECOND android phone ever made and I got an official update to 2.2.
gingerbread is slated to have a minimum requirement of 1ghz so does that mean we may be able to use phones like the desire and nexus one with this new operating system
@kahuna3901 I'm pretty sure. Devices like Desire, N1, EVO, Droid X, Galaxy S... I'm sure when the software comes out, they'll be pushed to the devices. Though I heard HTC still plans on Sense UI'ing Gingerbread so it'll probably take awhile to reach the HTC products.
@MrQuickRick i love having different ui's across and os but it does slow things down a bit. i read google will not alow any ui apart from their own on gingerbread however that wouldnt really work to androids advantage. id imagine google wouldnt keep to the claim of one ui. i hope htc skin gingerbread unless gingerbread is perfect. gingerbread may end up as a tablet platform though, so who knows
@kahuna3901 True. I hope it does happen for smartphones, that would be brilliant. I just know that right now I wish someone could find a way to root 2.2 for the HTC EVO. I'm thinking of taking two years in computer programming or something just to figure it out for myself. But by then...
Here's the irony, I own over 40,000 DRM'd iTunes songs that I bought. They should be mine to use on whatever device I want to listen the songs on, this is completely unfair to the consumer and why is Apple getting away with this?
It is all in the terms and conditions, which you agreed to abide by when you checked "I agree to these terms and conditions". You essentially lease the DRM files, you don't even own them technically; iTunes has the ability to take them back whenever they want. Eventually I will be able to use Google for absolutely everything, iTunes and macbooks are the last apple products that I still use.
@expdh1 I liberated myself as well. however I still need mac for my business, and have decided to run macosx 10.6 on a PC. not spending anymore money on apple hardware, until they can do what google android/linux community, even windows can do - withOUT having to HACK the device.
