Introducing new characters in a fanfic like this makes no sense. I would have kept Tommy as Red Zeo and left him out of the MMPR team. Also PRIS would be in tact completely.
She was killed in a car accident in 2001, I believe. Around the same time that Jason David Frank's brother died. He had guest starred on a few episodes back in the day.
