A real man does not shout at woman, top that fact he is a doctor in the show and its digusting. Watch lost carefully and you will see that he shouts at sun, kate, juliet and cindy in a raging mannor and that is not a real man. Sawyer is a real man and has never shouted at any of the woman in the show

Totally agree Jack does behave like a pervert Doctor and Kate always look so unneasy around him. Kate wants Jack to like her but she wants Sawyer to love her. When Pickett was going to kill Sawyer Kate told him she would do anything and just prior to that she begged Jack to save Sawyer life, now that is not the way she would carry on if she loved Jack. When it comes to Sawyer Kate is hooked and there is nothing she can do about it
