This came from Jerrys heart, just speaking his life out , to his audience, my favourite rock n roller of them all , thank you for posting on here, bob from England
Happy Bitrhday ! My dream is to shake your hand !I have listen to you ,when my Daddy played you on the piano and ever since, as a kid, right now, always, this song means the world to me,' Killer" You are "it".I thank God for giving me the abitity to here , and all the blessing that have come my way! God Bless ,B Watson Max Meadows
I am not sure how you know he was drunk. He doesn't look, act or sound like someone who is drunk or even on drugs. My dad was a drunk believe me I know what they look like. Thank God for family prayers for the black sheep. My dad made a recommittment about 2 weeks before he died without warning of a massive heart attack. I am so grateful for God's grace.
@RODGER459 Thank God you said was, when someone comes whole heartedly to the Lord all his/her sins are forgiven because of Jesus sacrifice for us all and then placed in the sea of God's forgetfulness and HE remembers them NO MORE.. God always calls us back to himself and I am thankful that Jerry Lee actually listened.

Take all of todays so called performers, combine their talent and compare that to Jerry Lee Lewis's talent........no comparison, the Killer rules and todays talent is as talented as a one armed paper hanger.
Jerry, you are the best, your songs and your voice is amazingly precious and will never be fogotten, you will always be around, i love you dear Jerry.
Such a beautiful melody... And such a beautiful message. It's a message that we can all relate to somehow... I know I can... It brings a tear to my eye. Golly.
God bless ya Jerry Lee. And God Bless everyone of us in this old world of ours...
Well, not what I expected. I was looking forward to hearing the piano in what I thought was gonna be the titled song, but I can say I'm not dissapointed I listened.
This isn't 'Precious Memories' (though the backing vocalists sing a snippet of this song at the end), it's actually called 'The Things That Matter Most To Me' (a song from his 1971 'Would You Take Another Chance On Me' album).
In this performance JLL doesnt really sing, and he doesnt play the piano....but he actually talks more sense than in any other performance or interview I can think of....and it shows in his daughter's face!
