That long form stuff is over as far as the moderate, intelligent, non-partisan public is concerned. The copy of the official record was signed, stamped and sealed by the official registrar in 2007 (not during the campaign in 2008 as the birthers claim) and is valid in any court of law. There is no legal opposition to Obama's Presidency. Live in the real world, it's much more interesting.

Hawaii claims to have "discarded" long form certificates when it moved to computerized records in 2001. Obama's is not sealed to the best of my knowledge, but I'm open to proof if you have it. It is nothing for me to "admit" he is hiding secrets - if they weren't hidden they wouldn't be secret! The point is that he has been forthcoming with all evidence which is relevant and has withheld personal data which is not.

US Code does NOT trump the Constitution. It would be like the Geneva Convention overruling municipal law - it cannot happen. Go back to civics class or enroll in a Constitutional Law course in college or check out. (a) a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof; etc. and in sup crt opinion on Dred Scott v. Sanford
