I really think this gentleman needs to talk to some presently injured workers, that have been fighting with the great WCB for years. Even when your injuries are accepted. I guess it boils down to which demon do you fear most? The one you know, or the unknown one. My kids are purchasing private work insurance. Then, if they have a claim, maybe their lawyer won't urinate himself when he hears WCB, and will actually be able to sue, if it proves necessary. Only good thing WCB has done for me.
