Gibson RD Artist. They made them in the mid to late 70's in i remember correctly. Look em up on ebay.

This is a Gibson RD Standard, which has traditional passive electronics (unlike RD Artist and RD Custom, which have active). Standard was made 1977-1979 as I know. Great stuff.
