This whole DVD available at the Adyashanti website is brilliant. These descriptions are well presented and not spoken in such an experiential way anywhere else as far as I know. I have read dozens of books on nonduality but this DVD stands out as something I can connect with over and over. They have created a masterful dialogue loaded with insights and illuminations. ok guys thanks for telling it, so that lineage which is zen talk is when one becomes upgraded, ascended or raptured as in the case of the bible group into a level that we could grade as god level. THIS IS IT-- most of all my respect to the person(Michael J), very much intuitively felt as the one who has gotten it. Anyway whatever, we got it too coz this is it, yeah truly it, not so special daily moments is it. Thanks for it anyway, coz this is it.

Attachment...the boat cannot move downriver if still attached to the anchor point. The dog cannot run free if still attached to the wire. Emotional attachments are bonds even stronger then the physical rope and chains. One cannot fly if one is attached to the ground. Freedom, then, is the goal. Once the dog runs free, the leash may still be there, but the dog doesn't care because it is now free to pay attention to the leash...or not. Namaste
