The only episode that does show a couple of tails sprouting is "T-Rex" where a guy sprouts a raptor tail through his white football pants in the locker room. At the beginning of the episode, one of the gang lets his tail grow out so he can grab hold of a pen while he's in the classroom. Must have trashed his pants though lol.
