to make top sites ur home page just go to the top sites page and go to settings and under settings/ peferences and under general find "set to current page" and click on it and dats it

Do some body tell me why my top sites and cover flow function is not there. Every requirements is ok I have 96MB of video RAM I have DirectX but why I dont have it?

Go to options than Bookmarks and checkmark "Include Top Sites". Now check if it's there.

Open "Run Command" and type in "dxdiag" (Don't type Quotes). Click on "Display" Tab. And at "Approx. Total Memory:" Tell me how much it shows. :)

I know that. But it won't work with some people cause it depends on their graphics card to handle that 3D Effect in safari's Top Sites Feature.

Maybe it's your Graphics Card and Safari doesn't enable it cause your specs of your Graphics Card.

Or you could add it to the BookMarks Bar...

Go to... Go to Preference's than go to the "Bookmarks" menu. And checkmark the box that says "Include Top Sites".

It should be there, but if it doesn't that means it's your graphics card and safari didn't enable it for you cause your Graphics Card.
