Well done! I agree with Dr. Stiffler that you may have an LED wired wrong. It happened to me and I spent an hour finding it and rewiring the panel. Good job!!
What happens if you turn one disk 90* so the edge faces the broad side of the other disk?
Or both so the edges face each other?

the other side is earth ground I believe, and ideas on power input and power at reciever?

I need to build a filter and have a resistor to measure over, it's the only way to do exact read out's, I should have some numbers this weekend.
