  • Birth defect

  • The answer is to turn to the Lord Jesus Christ Who offers us eternal life in heaven if we will do what we need to do to receive it. Read John 3:21

  • Is beign Gay a coice,or is it something decided at birth?

Well, look at it like this..No one forced you out of the closet, now did they?

  • Many say that homosexuality is a sin. It in itself is not a sin but engaging in homosexual activity is a sin just as engaging in hetersexual activity outside marriage is a sin. It is otherwise known as fornication. But so is hatred of other people a sin; and the teaching and promoting of such hatred to others. So many so-called religious fundamentalists even here in this comment page allow this hatred to seep through their words. Christians need to ask, "What would Jesus say or do, here?"

  • Research not only "confirms that homosexuals molest children at a rate vastly higher than heterosexuals," but it found that "the mainstream homosexual culture" even "commonly promotes sex with children."

  • My firm opinion is that we are born the way we are. When I was growing up wanting to kiss all the girls in elementary school, the thought never crossed my mind to kiss a boy. That's not what I wanted. Apparently though, it crossed theirs because they all informed me that's who I should want to kiss. I thought, gross. Anyway, while it's true people make choices in life, one of those choices is whether to follow or not to follow who you are, and that is something you are born with.

  • Homosexuality is a sin.

Homosexuality is a choice influenced by genetic factors that causes someone to be confused about their sexuality.

Early detection by responsible and moral adult of this disorder should alleviate pain and confusion for the sufferer.

    That cleared that up.

    Next sin...

  • Homosexuality is a natural, innate part of the human condition, as bestowed upon some of His children by God. Contrary to the myths spread by ignorant and/or agenda-driven men, being gay is no more a 'sin" than being black, left-handed, or red-haired. Innate components of an individual, which harm no one and are merely different than the majority's experience are neither bad nor wrong. The absurd idea that anyone can prevent or change a natural condition like homosexuality is easily dismissed.

  • @GodCreatesGays2 The mark of a weak argument is abusive language, non-logical emotional basis and insults. If you are going to support your points, do so politely, without malice, with logic and evidence as you did. Good job. I agree with you, surprisingly. God does bestow certain tendencies to certain people (to me they are seen as weaknesses - but I don't know the will of God).

I do like how you did not use abusive language, you seem like a good man.

    :)

  • @darthspeaks intones, "The mark of a weak argument is abusive language, non-logical emotional basis and insults"

Agreed; the faux-"religious" zealots who rail against gay (or black or Jewish or whatever) individuals and heap all sorts of irrational abuse on them have weak, if not totally invalid, arguments. The problem is, certain people are simply DETERMINED to hold onto prejudice, and will not see reason or logic, no matter how well and politely presented.

  • I love you.

  • As a gay man, I'm totally convinced that I was born that way. I did not chose to be gay.

  • @AcidMouseFart im sorry. are you speaking?

  • @rider012 Dr. Tahir I. Jaz, M.D., Winnipeg, Canada states: "The increasing claims of being "born that way" parallels the rising political activism of homosexual organisations, who politicise the issue of homosexual origins . In the 1970s, approximately ten percent of homosexuals claimed to be "born homosexual" according to a large scale survey....However, in a survey in the 1980s, with the homosexual rights movement increasingly becoming active, thirty-five percent claimed to be born that way.

  • @rider012 • Dr. Neil Whitehead and Briar Whitehead state regarding various cultures: "If homosexuality were significantly influenced by genes, it would appear in every culture, but in twenty-nine of seventy-nine cultures surveyed by Ford and Beach in 1992, homosexuality was rare or absent."[1]

  • @rider012 you really did suffer a lot of brain damage from your childhood dicking didnt you? all those diseased cocks hitting the back of your throat when you were a little boy shook that brain so hard you actually think that you were born gay.. im sorry you were kiddy fucked and shame made you gay but if we stop child abuse we stop homosexuality before it happens to children and no more kids will have to suffer as you did,.

  • @AcidMouseFart So what you're saying is that every fucking child that gets sexually abused will turn out to be gay!? I don't fucking think so! I never actually was sexually abused as a child but I still turned out to be as queer as a two dollar bill! I've been gay ever since I can remember and it was not something I simply chose to be. Did you chose to be straight? I don't fucking think so. Same fucking thing--I didn't choose to be gay, it's just the way I turned out.

  • Your sweet and thanks. Research this. Women depending on how many girls or boy they have trigger a response called anitgens. If she has a male unlike her she will estrogen attack the fetus. That is one case. Or it can be a balance of both. I'm very masculine but when in my teens I had a high voice. It's a hormmones and self awareness.. And yes you were born that way. There is nothing wrong with you. Your awesome.

  • Although there is no gay gene, it shouldn't suggest that being gay is a choice. My hypothesis is such that being gay is a result of hormonal imbalance in the womb during the formation and development of a fetus' brain. Hence, the different way of thinking & different natural likes and preferences.

  • "when you get older you learn and discover that is what you like" - rawitsmateo

get your ideas in order before you being to contradict yourself on video. To say this is to admit to choosing to be a certain way. Environmental cues, events, people, and traumas may have led a person to that choice but it is not outside of their control to become aware of the choices they make based on how they may have been influenced or manipulated.

  • @reformthenorm In a way you are right. We can choose to be "straight"; find a woman, have children etc. But it really isn't the choice we want. It's not what we desire and we and our "wives" will never be happy. So we have a choice: act straight and hurt two people (more if you have children) OR be yourself and make two people happy.

  • @BJJistheway You do know that all gay guys don't talk like that right? I know people that don't talk like that...unfortunately I kinda talk like that...but I don't do it on purpose I swear! Even when I was uncomfortable with my sexuality I still talked the same...I didn't change my voice...I didn't just one day wake up and start talking like that okay? Good day...

  • DECIDED AT BIRTH.

  • Not sure if you have read up on it.... but try to look up information on the Medial Preoptic area of Hypothalamus in the brain. This governs sexual preference and motive. Happy Reading ! :)

  • WOAH nice, Shiny Toy Guns in the background. :) SUPPORT LOVE. <3

  • Sorry Rawritsmateo - you ARE obviously gay... and we thank you for your support... but you aren't helping matters mates... AS un-PC as that may seem.... this guy ain't exactly the second coming of Harvey Milk.

  • Are people born with a gay voice? No its is learned.

People are not born gay. The default setting is male and female at birth. Just as a MP3 player has a default 1/8 headphone jack. One may CHOOSE to modify the default setting like the gays. I have a video can you be born gay. That is it for now

  • @RepresentingTruth You lie, your feet stink and you dont love jesus. You are a hater behind a computer. You have no credability. You have no confidence. You do not know better and more than those who hold degrees and study biology and psychology who've been winners of nobel prizes and acedemic achievements. Fuck you and your lies.

  • @splicedenergy Prove it.

  • @RepresentingTruth As if you havent seen before, or are you so determined to be hateful that you wont look because you are afraid you'd have to come out? Are you too functionally inept that you cant use google to see for yourself? Why are you asking me to prove it, when you can do so quickly and easily? Because even if I dragged you kicking and screaming to prove it, I dont think you are willing to admit you are wrong. Or are you? Are you willing to admit you are wrong and stop this hatefulness?

  • @splicedenergy Is that the best you can do? I have plenty of videos on this topic. So I am not worry at all.

  • Here is my question to you and others.

Why do we need to ask the question "Is homosexuality a choice?"

Please, people from both camps, think about it; - why do we need the answer and ... what that answer will give us? i.e. how do we intend to use that answer

  • I believe it is a choice because homosexuality is a behavior. Things such as race, eye color, skin color... those are not choices. My gay brother even believes he choose to be gay. Despite the fact that being gay, is a very hard life style to live (which it is), he says it is still his choice because that is what he wants to do. Just like how people who choose to dress all crazy and rebellious, they get made fun of and bashed too, yet they still continue to dress and look that way.

  • @princezdanyell You lie, your feet stink and you dont love jesus either. Your opinion and justifications to believe something have no basis. Stop spreading bullshit

  • im a girl and i use too have alot of crushes on boys but when i matured i started thinking about girls difrently *holly cheez you met a southpark character XD sorry you said you ment kenny* ok back to what i was saying and girls just looked more and more attractive and thats how i "became" if you would call it that* but became bisexual *with a big tendency for girls*

  • I think I just accidentally flagged this video as in appropriate. I didn't mean too but I would like to say it is not a choice and that at the beginning it sounded like you hate being gay.

  • choice or decided at birth?....niether are true, once we remove the politics from this issue and look at the science objectivity, the truth emerges,..its clearly caused by many factors including but not limited to, genetcs, hormones, parenting, peer relationships, personal expieriences, broader social beliefs, even things like sexual abuse can be a cause in a small number of individuals...and its likely that every ones development is a uinique combination of all of these.

  • @Purpleknobb

you are crazy please get help hihi!

  • you can not choose to be gay you are born that way thanks

  • This isnt an insult, but I have noticed that certain Men are built more Female-like than Male, and their movements are more Female-like than Male, and their appearance overall is Female, rather than Male.

Perhaps being Gay isnt a choice for some people.

  • @liw213

But its completly inrelevant, beceause being gay has nothing to do with youre movement beceause gay people can also look straight hihi

  • i just saw this video.. and ur right its not your choice to be gay... but don't let people put you down... i have friends who are gay. and i have NOT ONCE THOUGHT ABOUT SAYING BAD THINGS ABOUT THEM. BECAUSE HONESTLY THEY ARE THE BEST... KEEP DOING YOU.. ROCK ON

  • A man without a religion is like a fish without a bicycle.

  • I don't know why some people are gay. No offense, but I also don't know why some people are schizophrenic. It's not their choice, or their fault, but it would be a bit of a logical leap to conclude that schizophrenic behavior ought to be accepted in the mainstream of society. Similarly, It's not clear to me why homosexuality ought to be accepted as a normal variation in human behavior.

  • i believe that no one chooses to be gay, and really dude dont let people tell you your wierd or dumb or whatever they say, they are so simple minded i dont try to argue with them.

  • Thanks ^~^

  • OK you said that why would anyone choose to be gay when its not normal but yet all the gay people support the idea that their gay.

  • idk why he isnt a woman now but i dont think that he has to repent for anything. trhats acctually more for bisexual people. they have both the male and female spirit and their own bacause in a past life the had done some one wrong of the opposite sex. i think that might be what your thinking of.

  • Hey Matt! I belive that as we grow older our inner queens blosssome lol. jk. but did you know that the a native american tribe believe that if you are gay then you wre a woman in a past life an vise versa for lesbiens. And in fact that makes you stronger and on a higher level I guess becase you have the reasoning of both a man and a woman, and both the spirit of a man and a woman. Just a cool fact I thought you would like to know.

  • he was a woman in the past life right? why is he not a woman now but a man. he needs to repent and call on God for salvation.

  • Why does he need to repent for how he was born? that doesn't make any sense. He clearly says if he had a choice he would be straight. So how is he wrong?

  • Thats a pretty cool theory :) thanks for sharing^^

  • i think that it isn't a choice. Life is already hard enough as it is. so why would anyone choose to be gay also I am sick and tired of people thinking that with the help of god you could chance. People that think that way are stupid. They apparently have nothing better to do than stick they nose where it don't belong. Get a life and leave others alone.

  • christian care because they dont want people lost forever. but clearly people have harden their hearts to way the bible says.

  • HOMOSEXUALITY IS NOT A CHOICE.

Seriously, who would choose a life full of rejection and controversy, rejected by family and friends?? I'm gay, and I even tried for a long time to "become" straight. It's not possible. It's so dumb how people think that. AMEN to this video creator, nobody chooses =)

  • its a choice, why i say that whatever sinful patterns in our lifes that lead that way toward destruction. for example a people steals a tv, runs from the police, gets caught and goes to jail, will the law not send him to jail for the crimes he commits, homosexuality is the same way God says homosexuality is a sin like other sins. but people will not come to the fact that they are lost helpless to save theme self from hell. god cares thats why he sent jesus to get people to repent b4 its to late

  • ...okay, you are BLIND. Seriously, you think people choose to be gay because you're blind and you aren't even gay yourself. I'm a Christian. The bible rarely mentions "damning" gays, and those few lines are misinterpreted -.- Want some proof? Feel free to message me, ANYBODY, and I'll give you some few of many links. Now be loving like God wants everyone to be and accept people.

  • fd3! are u a christian? u would say yeah, if u are one so do u think that bible is the absolute authority on issues like sin, jesus, eternal life stuff like that? there are more than a few lines, the bible damns all people who will not repent of their sin not only gays, but liars, thieves, etc. what authority do u have to support your claim that bible does mention"damning gays" will you have new testament 1cor 6:9-11 verse, romans 1, revelation 22:19-21(jesus himself) old testament lev 18:22, etc

  • fd3! are u a christian? u would say yeah, if u are one so do u think that bible is the absolute authority on issues like sin, jesus, eternal life stuff like that? there are more than a few lines, the bible damns all people who will not repent of their sin not only gays, but liars, thieves, etc. what authority do u have to support your claim that bible does mention"damning gays" will you have new testament 1cor 6:9-11 verse, romans 1, revelation 22:19-21(jesus himself) old testament lev 18:22, etc

  • Okay, rambo, I also know of those certain lines in the bible that appear against homosexuals. But they are just so vague and misinterpreted, as I learned too by searching. I'll ask fd3 for his certain websites, for I want to know more about them too.

But God loves all. I am a lesbian and never chose to be gay at all. 10% of the world is gay. God made black people and they were excluded. Everyone believed they were going to hell. We changed about them at least.

  • praise god for people like u wendy! but God does love all of us black, gay, white, etc. thats why he sent Jesus to pay for our sins, but God is also has 2 judge sin. to god all sin makes people go to hell, lying is the same as being gay in his eyes. the problem is people will never repent of their sins they believe they are pleasing god living in sin. the logical argument is that people were born that way with a sin nature(ability to naturally disobey god). are thieves responsible for stealing yes

  • You leave Jesus out of this, you son of a bitch. He was my nigga. You don't know SHIT about Jesus.

  • does my words offend you because i told u what does the bible say on this subject. Gods Word. u my friend are lost

  • Shut up.

  • u must be a homosexual the reason u are talking against the bible

  • Go away.

  • Demon hunters shoot down angels in the sky. In the city of god, they are dying. Mortar shells shatter the walls of holiness. The masses are terrified and screaming. Their hope is lost as god's gold turns to rust. Innocents looking to end their pain. Their pitiful lives come to an end. Satan's wisdom brings us to life. Leaving pain for the cowards to endure. The masses of futility are forgotten. We are the champions and they were defeated. We are as one with the demon's darkness.
  • @RobertBaral365

Is that the Apocalypse thing? What does this have to do with what he said?

  • @ramboministry2256

Anybody who is not a member of your religion

has no reason to take any notice whatsoever

of what is written in a Bronze-Age book of myth

    written by ignorant desert nomads.

  • @Imaginefree69 well for a bronze age book. its is still number one top seller of the world today. also its the only book that has direct predictive prophecy that has been fulfilling lately. and its sad when people believe lies over truth. i find it hard to believe a person was a woman in the past life and is a man today.............. just stupidity!! you are either a man or woman..... anything other then that you have been deceived by the devil. you need to repent for being hoodwinked

  • @ramboministry2256 "predictive prophecy"

Aside from the fact that Bible prophecies are "fulfilled"

by the simple expedient of inventing and writing

a fulfillment that never happened in fact,

    so what?

Your religion has nothing to do with the topic here.

Your comment contained 3 statement (aside from your insults)

and all three of them are totally irrelevant.

"A wise man speaks because he has something to say; a fool because he has to say something."

    - Plato

  • @Imaginefree69 im not here to force people to believe in God. im just stating that its sad when a man wants to be a woman, and a woman thinks they are a man to another woman. the bible says that such individuals will not enter the kingdom of heaven. society is in bad shape when people will believe a lies instead of Truth.

  • @ramboministry2256 Considering that the Bible is filled with fairy tales about talking animals and 4-legged insects and humans made out of dust and men walking on water and a 600 year old desert dwelling goat herder building a ship of of desert shrubs to carry every species of animal in the world for a year and a half and a prince on a white horse coming to take you to live happily ever after in his mansion, plus errors and lies and contradictions... Why would anybody care what your Bible says?
  • @Imaginefree69 show me referencing in the bible that make those claims, you are just lost and going to hell.

  • he was! pass tense. was it the God of the bible the real jesus! God says be holy.

  • nobody is perfect and i bet you dont even come close to being perfect.

  • im perfect in Jesus Christ! my savior thats mighty to save

  • Homosexuality is not a choice! A person has certain DNA that programs everything including sexual preference. Does a straight guy choose to be straight? No! He is programmed that way just as a gay guy is programmed to be gay! I am gay myself. I never chose this lifestyle but it chose me!! Great video!

  • I don't have anything against gays but i seriously don't beleive that gaynes is at birth cause i'm straight and if i wanted to change and be gay or bi i could.. so how could it not be a choice?

  • I think this guy is right on the money (and cute!). As a gay guy myself, I know that my orientation is not a choice. I'm sure that, like ALL human sexuality, homosexuality originates in an inscrutable mix of nature and nurture over a long process of development which is different for each person. The bottom line is, it hurts no one and there's nothing wrong with it, so just treat us with equal respect.

  • @LowestOftheDead

    YOUR NOT EQUAL YOUR WIERD

  • I've actually met some straight people who were intelligent and decent and not ignorant and repulsive - so we mustn't lump them all into the same category. Straight people did not choose who they are are any more than anyone else so we must be patient with them - especially the ignorant ones.

  • either gay is a choice or it is a mental disablement at birth like mental retardation.

so in other words if its not a choice than its a retardation live with it.

  • being gay is a CHOICE not decided at birth. being gay is NOT!!! A DISEASE!!!. P.S. I have no problem with gay people, i love everyone for who they are. but i dont agree on gay marriage

  • 'being gay is a CHOICE...A DISEASE!!!"

Um, a disease is not a choice. Make up your mind. I know you find being gay cringeworthy but that doesn't mean you can ascribe whatever attributes to it just because of it.

If it's a choice, are you telling me you could choose to be into dudes yourself?

  • i dont think you got wat i ment to say. btw yea it is a choice, just like we have a choice whether to be doctors, police officers, nurses, therapist & so on.becoming gay isn't something that comes out naturally

  • No, it isn't. Attraction isn't a choice. Are you telling me you're able to choose to be into guys? If the answer is yes, I'd keep that to myself to avoid embarrassment.

  • yeah its a mental illnes.

    like dementia or retardation.

lmao they call themselves retarded its priceless

  • Oh yeah! it's a choice. Because All of us gays want to be harrased and put up with this bullshit!

(I hope you know that's sarcasm)

I agree that it's not really birth though.

I think it's how your body develops and starts to produce hormoenes during your teenage years...

When I was 5 years old, I had NO sexual attraction to anything.

When I started puberty, I started seeing sexual desires. But for men...

    That's why I don't say it's from birth.

  • I agree that this is a misunderstood issue, I applaude your' bravity. I think that the key words are : I dont understand. I am straight and have people close to me that are gay and are kind enough ( as you yourself are ) to explain their feelings. A win -win situation I believe and thankyou for sharing.

  • Nope not a choice at all - we are programed that way before birth. What people can chose is to hate gay people because of words in a book. Cheers man.

  • Me too I would rather have a husband and be able to love him. But there is no way in hell a guy could give me what I want, besides friendship.

  • Comment removed

  • born that way definately. black people do not choose to be black just as people dont choose their sexuality.

  • Carsonmaier14 you might as well be comparing apples and oranges saying that what a person is from an outward apperance versus one's attraction for another of the same sex. When have you ever heard of someone saying they used to be black? Simple, it's impossible. However, how people are there who have lived a homosexual lifestyle and are now living a heterosexual one or vice versa?

  • im saying it's not a choice. black people are born black and gay people are born gay.

  • RACE and BEHAVIOR are not in the same field. Don't categorize two things that don't mix. It's insulting. If you're saying someone is born that way, something like eye or hair color is more useful.

  • behavior?

im sorry if i hurt your feelings. im sorry if i came off as racist (im definitely not). I really am sorry and you're right. Eye color would seem as a better example.

  • @carsonmaier14 There are genes that show a preponderance for melanin in the skin of an african american which yes, they do not choose. There is no gene that shows a preponderance for being gay. Do pedophiles choose to be that way or are they born that way? They have a predisposition of being sexually attracted to children - a sexual preference; the same some humans of the same sex have preference for others of the same sex. It is the expression of a social taboo that has been oppressed, now free

  • @reformthenorm pedophilla is a taboo because it involves hurting another human being. pedophilla happens also without the consent of the child. Homosexuality, has nothing to do with other people aside from the consenting people within the homosexual relationship.

  • @carsonmaier14 Terrible analogy; skin color can be directly and exclusively be attributed to genetics, it is independent of emotion, psychology, and development. Try again.

  • @RebelWrestler45 Your wrong. Study much! We are genitically as all animals to reproduce but we are also wired genetically for love. Take dark skin, big nose, small lips, hair. It's all in our genetic code with adaptation. Homosexuality has been around before the Helenistic period. Animals do it and we do it. Do your research before you respond like a robot creationist . We are all the same ass! Look at what he is asking, for the truth! What is your genetic marker for being an asshole. Next!

  • @scottbobear Empirical evidence? Even physical traits are not exclusively genetic; most are influenced by uteran development, and some are influenced by post uteran development. There is no genetic basis whatsoever for homosexuality, there is simply no corroborating scientific evidence. Sexual attraction has nothing to do with love; 'love' is a human cognitive concept, insofar as it is considered outside of the bounds of mother/infant attachment, which is nothing more than a survival mechanism.

  • @RebelWrestler45 Hello! I was responding earlier about uteran development. Empirical evidence, what we see? and observation to conclusion. Yes! Never said it was Genetic, look back or scroll down. What about twins that are gay. What about single fathers that have gay children. Your arguement lacks research or your just hell bent on your own idea. I know that hormone levels during pregnancy shifts the outcome in Masculin and girlish offspring. Where is your Empirical evidence?

  • @RebelWrestler45 walk a mile in a gay man's shoes and you will know Empirical Evidence. What you don't get is that we are all the same. I love science but not your bigot science and understanding. We are all humans!

  • bato2 - Actually, I do think that most homophobes are repressing their own homoerotic feelings. There have been several studies which show that those who hate homosexuals the most are motivated by their own insecurities. Check out the YouTube videos on "plethysographs". Love and hate and often two sides of the same coin, sometimes you hate what you love the most.

  • That should be "plethyomograph" not "plethysographs". Mea culpa.

  • bato2 - Sorry if you took that as an insult, I didn't mean it as such. I speak French and the French often talk of "Francophones" as French speaking people. As I said "homophobe" is a relatively new word so it's not found in all dictionaries - and really doesn't have anything to do with "phobias".

  • bato2 - Another point which agrees with yours. In some cultures, it is acceptable for a man to have sex with another man as long as they kept it quiet and act "straight", but a guy who dresses as a woman is hated. You're right that bigots are more afraid of (and hate) men acting effeminate than they are of homosexual sex itself.

  • bato2 - I had a close friend who was brutally murdered by a group of teenage homophobes. The leader later admitted (after imprisonment) that he was Gay himself. His mother said that she would forgive her son for killing someone, but not for being a homosexual. That kind of statement is the product of the homophobic society in which we live. Where murder is less of a "sin" than loving another person of the same gender.

  • bato2 - I realize it was a "typo", but "phone" means "speaker" while "phobe" means "fear" in Greek. So your typo was quite humerous. "Homophone" would mean "same-speaker" in Greek. Of course, "homophobe" is a modern English term and never meant "fear of same" - it means anyone who hates or denigrates Gay (or Queer) people.

  • bato2 - I agree, Gay people are quite diverse, but straights assume everyone is straight so it's only the effeminate guys (and butch fems) who stand out as easily identified. Of course, if more "straight acting" people self-identified as Gay or Queer, society would realize that Queers are all types and everywhere. And it is true that homophobes are often repressed homosexuals, their hatred is motivated by self-hate. We need to learn to deal with those types and help them, if possible.

  • Every Gay guy knows they didn't chose to be Gay. We all learn at an early age that other guys are interesting or attractive or desirous - and girls are not. We also all know that we have to keep it quiet - although some guys just can't. And many of us think we'll grow out of it, but we don't. Some of us avoid obvious Gay guys - because we don't want anyone to know that "we're just like him". But our eyes give us away, we stare at other guys (and the straights are oblivious to our stares).

  • bato2 - Isn't "purpleknob" the obvious closet-case, hanging around Gay videos trying to get attention, hoping someone will start up a conversation - and many get a date. We all know that most homophobes are Gay themselves - trying to deal with their own repressed (or not so repressed) homosexual feelings.

  • I could never put my finger on it, but now I see it. You face reminds me of Spocks' father on the older Star Treks'. Was his name Sarnack or something like that.

  • It's the eyebrows.

  • I see I've hit a soft spot.

  • stop commenting my fucking videos you cunt.

  • To go to hell it must first exist. But I know you meant that as an insult, which is why I'll leave you with this...

Remember back in elementary school that old saying, "It takes one to know one?"

You're gay. And I know this because I am gay. Congratulations.

  • I'm glad to know you feel that way. I will be praying for you :)

  • How would I know what? That you can have homosexual attractions before ever having sexual intercourse? You can ask them directly, children will often exhibit this behavior, many clergy have been open about their sexuality while remaining celibate, etc. The problem is that people often confuse an act (e.g. anal sex) with a status or human condition (e.g. being heterosexual, homosexual, etc.).

  • Take your hate somewhere else. Hate destroys the world and does nothing to help anything.

Plus people who have to hate for no real reason at all are simply ignorant.

  • There's a difference between experimentation (which are just sporadic occasions) and a lifetime commitment. Moreover, a person can determine they're homosexual even before even having any physical contact with another member of the same sex.

  • thank God somebody said it.

thank you. thats an amazing comment. it should be framed as one of the worlds greatest quotes.

  • Wow.

    Thanks.

Maybe it would make a poster or a greeting card...

  • No I don't see what you mean because you've chosen to not look at the evidence (I've provided you with titles of at least two studies) and instead went with your personal convictions that are founded on nothing but your gut feelings. This makes no sense whatsoever.

  • However, you seem very convinced it's a choice and yet provide no reasoning -- let alone no evidence -- to support your claim. I on the other hand can give you several scientific studies (peer-reviewed) that give an indication that it's innate. Here are just some of many:

From PubMed (copy & paste these titles into the search field):

-"A genomewide scan of male sexual orientation."

-"Extreme skewing of X chromosome inactivation in mothers of homosexual men."

  • "capiche?"

No, because you failed to answer *my* initial question. What is the appeal given all of the hurdles one is placing on themselves? The benefit would have to outweigh its costs at least on an individual level.

  • I didn't bring up hormones so I don't see why we're discussing this. I asked you a quesiton regarding your previous statement that it was a "choice."

  • Then let me pose a question to you. Given that, at least for men, sex is an important aspect of their lives (Clinton once the most powerful man on the planet risked it all for a fling) and that their sex drive is higher than females, why would a heterosexual abandon their natural inclination to women (no causual sex, intimacy, etc.) to go with men? Plus bringing on themselves hurdles like risking family and friends abandoning them, discrimination, legal issues, etc? What's the appeal?

  • Hey, thank you for being honest and candid. I do believe sexuality is primarly genetic, though environment can play a role. You are right on...No one chooses to be gay or straight, and our sexuality can run along a continum from all the way gay to totally straight...or somewhere in between. peace out!

  • It's only a matter of time before you get your own TV movie.

  • Props bro, I agree/support you 100%!

  • Okay, for the straight people! Did you choose to be straight? No. It's how your brain is. Like with transgenders. They're born a male but they're brain is of a female! I see the same thing with gays! Gays do NOT have a choice! It's how your brain works you stupid straight jerks.

  • Bitch, thats how people are born. Its called disorders. Does mental retardation make no sense to you neither?

  • You are stupid as fuck. You're ignorant and you've been taught the wrong things. You're a wortthless human being.

  • Really? God bless, and I am sorry if you were offened by my statements.

  • When people bug you about your diction, they just don.t like that you have the "gay" sound as some do. Your boyfriend doesn't. But I've observed this speech pattern in boys as young as 7. Since there are chemical and physical structures in the brain that are different, maybe it's nature's way to identify you to another vs. a hetero which might be a damaging mistake? (Survival protection mechanism?)

  • I think that although people are born with homosexual feelings, they have the choice to either live with those feelings and live happily, or live with only unfulfilling and unsatisfying feelings.

It's like I may be straight, but I'm not attracted to certain guys. There's actually a study going on that is running on the hypothesis that the right side of the brain is slightly larger for men and women attracted to women, and both sides of the brain are equal in size for those attracted to men.

  • ... haha i know this is kinda a old vid... but i think you are born gay... and its ok... but like you said why would you choose to be picked on and all that... and i think its pathetic that pple cant just accept it... but ya im sorry i feel bad for the gay community... sorry guys but you will become some of the strongest pple in this world

  • your cute ;) but to you video here is my answer lol you are born with it and its not a choice you didnt pick to be a boy or a girl and you didnt pick to like boys so yeah i havnt came out yet but i know what its like being gay because i am.

  • There are PLENTY of academic studies that prove that homosexuality is not a conscious decision. There are homosexuals across the entire class of mammals. One certainly does not choose their sexual attraction.

  • Hey dude... you should be proud to be gay. It's how God made you and it's how you're wired. I used to wish I was straight but this is who I am and I'm proud of it. At least you can recognize that this isn't your choice.

  • Anyway, may i suggest you might not be looking at this topic very scientifically? I think people are predisposed to homosexuality to the same degree.. how to explain.. it's a genotype/ phenotype thing, but involving hormones? lol.. i even confuse myself.

But i think it's safe to say people are "born" gay, with a disclaimer saying.. PRACTICALLY born gay.

  • Sorry, more to say.. Since you wanted diction advice :)

i think you/ your friend meant born with a PREDISPOSITION to be gay? (not "intentions")

And in the side margin info, i think you meant to put that it's controversial, not "contradictive" but i dunno, maybe you did mean contradictive:s

  • it's a choice to the same extent that heterosexual people CHOOSE to have sexual relations with the opposite sex!

i really, really think homosexuality is caused by hormones the developing fetus receives in the womb. just because it's physically possible for homosexual people to ha
