  • Ah cute can I has one?

  • My gf haz a bottomless black hole.

  • Won't lie, I honestly thought this clip was going to be about Jaden Smith.

  • all of this science shit hurts my brain

  • Whem Chuck Norris farts he creates one BH :)

  • aww it's a girl :) xD

  • Aw how cute a baby black hole =3

  • Zing

  • Nol its adult :D:D::D:D

  • Are there any real videos in real time?

  • @qualityisrare

nope they only see pixels of infared, cant see one though only could see the heat or the space wrapping around it.

  • There might be, but they would take 27.5 billion years to watch.

  • What determines on which plane the jets of gas are spewed out?

  • the size and type of the star and the amount of hydrogen in it

  • well even if there was a black hole ... you wouldnt see it ... you would only be able to notice light being refracted or otherwise not existent as a black hole sucks everything into it.

  • coochie coochie koo?

    lol

  • LOL... all the people know that is fake!

But if in the universe have something like that, will not be named!

  • he's not being a nerd. its not our fault that you were born with mental problems

  • Well, better then being adopted, and jerking off with a dictionary so u can diss people with mental problems.. How sad!!!

  • What the description and the video describes is a hypernova. A hypernova is when a very large star's core collapses directly into a black hole, and draws the star into the singularity. The star causes the black hole to shoot out jets of plasma from it's poles. This is not a supernova, but a hypernova. Hypernovas generally occur in giants or hypergiants. Etta carinea is a good example.

  • ...........wow.....................say agian?

  • What is a black hole?

  • Do you even go to school , rokedman29?

  • Comment removed

  • Your mom?

  • A black hole works by pulling in matter of all forms, even light. Tis is a good simulation of what would happen during the transformation from star to black hole, as that phase CAN be seen. A normal black hole, however, cannot.

  • my gf haz black hole

  • XDDDD haha

  • roflmao

  • Woot!

  • They cannot be seen as they don't radiate anything( except very faint wheelchairguyradiation), but it can be found on what they do, sometimes it's eating a neighbour, and that effect is visible.

  • umm... what?

  • wheelchairguyradiation: Hawkingradiation, named after Stephen Hawkings, the dude in the weelchair.

And when a black whole encounters a star, it will devour tyhe hot gasses, and that can be seen.

  • they are strong enough to suck in light.

  • yet they are invisible..

  • Yes. No light escaping from it, then no light reaches your eye.

Then obviously, you don't see it.

  • you cant c a black hole retards

  • yeah u can u boob :L

  • @scottyjay94

You can't see. This video is not live footage. If it was live footage it wouldn't be here cause it would be sucked in. LIGHT can't even escape a black hole.

This is a pulsar though. But you still can't see it. Cause it goes so fast. If a black hole somehow sucked in Earth we would be in not even a quarter a second. Death instantly without knowing.

  • depends how far away u were from it

  • And how massive the black hole is.

  • Well, you can see jets of superheated gas from accretion disk that are emmited at black hole's poles.

  • yep its a pulsar

  • thats not a black hole, thats a pulsar, you can tell from the beams and sudden flashes of light/energy

  • no...it could still be a black hole...black holes do something very similar to pulsars...but neither produce visible light

  • thats called a pulsar or something like that

  • this is fail

a black hole does not blow things away

    quite the opposite

  • you dumb shit a black hole isn't like a fucking vacuum cleaner it also shoot out some matter in a jet of gas moving at almost the speed of light

  • @andrewthehedgehog911 a white whole blows thing away

  • me thinks its a fake :o

  • fake*

  • This is immpossible. If this is a Black Hole than how can u see it. Black holes are pitch black dark they absorb light. That's why it's called a black hole.

  • ye, the gravity is so strong in a black hole not even light can escape.

  • u don`t see the black hole himself but the 10^6 kelvin hot gas around it. this gas is so hot, that the emissions from this gas can be seen with an x-ray / gamma-ray detector

  • well this is a computer animation after all lol...

  • but we can receive x-rays and that is how we know that they are there

  • Doesnt seem a black hole to me. It's a pulsar

  • 1001010101000101001100101001010101010101010101010100011011001011001001010110101001010101011101001 - 4D square

  • I don't understand by what it means when a star running out of energy to support its mass.

  • the star has alot of last resorts left, but simply put this is how it goes. When a star is living, it has equilibrium going on. Fusion is creating pressure outward while gravity pulls in. When it runs out of fuel, (it being hydrogen), fusion stops, gravity wins, and the star implodes. The size of the star determines what the star will become, a black hole, neutron star, white dwarf, black dwarf, pulsar, its really complicated

  • @connor3452 I'd like to read more about it... I mean, good precise astronomic literature.

  • The only way a black hole is visible is bc it bends the light and sucks it up, its not really the black hole u see its kinda the stuff going in it

  • You guys no all that stuff is not the black hole but the stuff going in to it right?

because you cant see blackholes....... they suck up light......

  • ya exactly the people that made this video are retarded

they should at least do research on them before they make a video about them

  • the people that made this video are retarded?

    you mean NASA?

  • black holes are black ma friend u cant see em

gravity is so strong it sucks up light itself

and it doesnt give off light

    faggot

  • okay then riddle me this. Whoever told you you were actually looking at the black hole? I quote from the description:

"Shockwaves bounce out and obliterate the outer shells of the star"

I dunno what's sadder, your inability to read or your deranged fantasy about actually knowing shit

  • stfu duckhunter64

eat my balls bitch, and since when were u invited to this convo bitch?

  • Well Shitface12, aside from you being so horribly stupid that it hurts and this being the youtube comment section, I can do whatever I want. I'm surprised that someone as fucking dumb as you can even breath oxygen, let alone type.. oh wait you fail miserably at that too apparently. Its sad to see losers such as yourself attempt to watch science videos and try to sound smart about them when you clearly don't know shit. Have fun licking someones balls when(if) you get a job,'bitch'

  • OOOOOOOH BUUUUUURN!

    apparently, he doesn't know shit!

  • you can see black whole, well we can assume by the stars that circle it at such a speed that there could be no other possible answer, also when a black hole feeds, the gas going into the hole is sped up so much that it is incredibly hot and glowing, so it shows up on telescopes as a circling orangey red swirling, thing. if it isnt feeding doesnt mean it isnt there, how do you think the planets and stars rotate, there a black hole at every core that controls the way the galexy moves

  • Also, Caps is gay

  • How is this a black hole? It just looks like a star going super nova

  • You're forgetting something.

Black holes can ONLY form with large stars. Not small stars.

Take for example, our sun. It's too small to become a black hole, so it will not collapse entirely. It will contract it's mass, and then throw it out into space, leaving behind this tiny white glowing core; a white dwarf. This will eventually cool into a black dwarf, which is just a rock. :D

  • That and Black holes aren't visible to the naked eye right?

  • I think that is right, atleast I believe it has something to do with the pull being so strong it bends or distorts actual light..

  • they do have clouds of matter around them that look like the one in this video

  • Of course they aren't invisible to the naked eye. They're black, and space is black. So you do the math. =P Although i'd love to see a real blackhole.

  • I'd like to keep blackholes as far away from us as possible XD

  • Unlimited gravity source has just created

  • i realy liked the way it was rotated at the end!!

  • A regular black hole is a massvie star maybe hundreds of times more massive than the Sun, compacted down to the diameter of a few kilometers.

  • comon u are giving the intellegent human race a bad name hah

  • wtf are you babling on about? a black hole suck everthing in to it aka you cant see it ok get that

  • wow i accidentally misspelled something wrong so fuck you. I probably have better grammar then you do.

  • you cant see a black whole dumb retards...

  • wow, you're a dumb retard... umm its "hole", not "whole".. HAHA

  • but hes right you cant see a black hole

  • i think i can,like a blue whole but black

  • i have studied astrophysics and the description is pretty accurate, the only thing left to mention is the 1.4 solar masses limit

  • its made on adobe after effects, i can do that exact thing

  • I can do that with Paint.

  • I can do it with a teletype terminal and some paper tape. Beat that, sucka.

  • I can do that with two whales and Michael Jordan. Touché.

  • i can do that all of you

  • Yeah yeah... but Chuck Norris can survive it!

  • @zyxy45 chuck noris is the one who created it.

  • is that relay video form a tellascop

  • you cant see a black whole because the gravity is so great around it that any light it gives off cant escape the gravity therefore non can get far enough for it to be seen by you and me

  • was it real!?

  • And you're basing this on your keen intellect and direct observations I'm sure.

You probably don't even know what a black hole is.

  • i cant base any thing on obseravtions, coz theres never been a black hole

  • yes there is u can tell by the things circling it!

  • that's not what any black hole looks like :(

  • AgentAndromeda how would you know that?

  • Yeah 4 billion.

  • our sun is too small to create a super nova nor a black hole, caused by a supernova, it will only lose the layers from it's "red giant" stage but, we would be dead and the earth will be engulfed by the time the "red giant" stage takes place.

  • thats like ebeeer ownage!!:p

  • omg!

    i saw gamma ray bursts

thats a whopper of a black hole or neotron star

  • They recently discovered a Super-Duper-Nova too

  • u mean hypernova or? super-duper :P

  • lol super-duper

  • yeh...no its called a HyperNova its 100x bigger then a supernova and travels 1000x faster then it,they only happen once evry like 100-200 years

  • thats not a black hole its a gamma ray burst....and yes...it would incinerate anything in its path about 50 thousand times faster than you can blink...and it travles 2000 light years in 2 - 5 seconds with the force of 5000 supper novas

  • Good video. How can it travel 2000 light years in 2-5 seconds! When it takes the speed of light 1 year to travel 1 light year? What kind of speed are we talking here?

  • If by 2000 light years in 2 - 5 seconds you mean 2000 - 4000 years then yes, sorry in theory once the energy is released from the Event horizon, its no longer held under rules quantum paradox of the blackhole and is forced to return to lightspeed under Classical physics

  • light echos look like they travel faster than speed of light but its actually illusion

  • he is right that is a gamma ray burst

  • wouldn't it suck if one of those babys opened up near us?

  • CERN LHC Large Hadron Collider will do it, don't worry. Starts May 2008, full capacity in Summer, full capacity means 1 mini black hole per second...

  • they dont open up lol its suns 50x bigger then ours blowing up,our sun will do that in 4million years, but it will turn into a white dwarf our sun isnt big enough to turn into a supernova or hypernova

  • all our sun will do is throw off its outer layers

  • our sun will do that in 50 million yrs, or at least thats wat i heard

  • 4 billion, I think

  • hey by 4 billion yrs me and u and the rest of the you tube ppl will be dead : (

  • It's a GRB most likely from a Magnetar. I've seen that animation before. It's a Gamma Ray Burst. Not from a Black Hole. Also, if you don't like an animation don't say anything. You don't have to be an asshole about it. Just find something else to watch.

    Dipshits.

  • Is the animation done with textured spheres and cones?

  • that sucked dick

  • I wonder if that black hole was near uranus.

  • its not even black

  • quasar

  • I wonder if explosions like that hurt nearby stars...O_o

  • perty =p

  • ahh isnt a baby back hole cute? hehe ;D

  • Good video!
