We Americans thanks to President OBAMA will be enjoying Universal Healthcare like all the developed nations of the western world. 80% of Americans do already have Healthcare and they enjoy the Private sector healthcare. The Healthcare Act of March 2010 will ensure all the FREE LOADERS who go to emergency rooms for currently FREE care now will be paying their due share! So it would not be free for anyone even those that currently do not buy Healthcare and land up in EMERGENCY Rooms for FREE care.
