Authentic sounding... I deliberately went and listened to the original, and yeah it's a great rendition... aside from the comments at the beginning and end... LOL
atlanticmanor is right, don't do any more mixing. I think the mics bleeding was a good thing, makes it sound like something recorded in the 60's. Vocals are superb too, obviously can't compare to Roky's but have any awesome energy all of their own. Good work!
Dont re-mix anything... the performance is raw and has a ton of vibe / energy. A great song by a great band. This is so much better than the crap they play on the radio. It's a keeper.
sounds good! bit of spring reverb and knock the treble out abit it may sound abit better for the recording like and a jug player! i like how the mics are going in together sounds hella original
thanks for the tips. yeah I will get around to a re-mix of this. theres a bit too much high end in the cymbals but its pretty much just as it was on the day
Good job. I am from that era and live in texas.
Knew them all.
Just listen to roky over and over until you get the hi screams just right and you will have it.
Rocky voice is a little more nasal so dont forget that.
Good luck.

I totally agree with themimicker. It has that cool 60's sound. Awesome. Recorded in your bathroom just makes it that much cooler.

@jawsrock1 Oi it was recorded in the "BAND" room. Actually the Bandroom does look/smell like a toilet -so your probably right.
