  • this is Long Fist. Traditional is Long Fist. Long Fist was named in 960 AD. Modern Wushu also has it's form based on traditional Long Fist forms.

  • kk. I learned this form a while back and my master said the name of this form was "Traditonal Long Fist" and i was like wtf?
