I would say Mexico is not just staring on international markets issues... have you ever drunk Coca Cola? have you ever connected to Telmex? has your country ever bought petrol from Mexico? Have you ever eatten a taco?.... us mexicans try hard to learn English... do United States people learn Spanish? Well Coca Cola it's a US project in mexico is behind FEMSA
Petrol from Mexico it's in the edge of privatization and will have more than a half of foreign investors.
Telmex is a monopoly of underdeveloped countries
Tacos are good haha , but i cannot accept that on the statistics.
Mexico has no privileges in technology in fact we cannot make 'machines' for some weird treatment (need more info) but well , we do not focus on analog devices ,we focus on digital devices...
