Ever heard of spelling differences between american and british english? The kind you saw there with armoury is a very common one.

Didn't mean to be offensive. I just needed to point out that the game didn't have a flaw there. And I'd assume that you've also sometimes bumped into spelling like in the word "colour".

i honestly favor British spelling over a lot of American spelling, it just makes more sense. yes i have bumped into that variation before.

This one one of the first FPS games I ever played. But I recall that loading screen taking much longer when this game first came out. Thank God technology is moving forward.

@DDRrez No problem, I was just fed up with trying to find the disc, and then totally scored and found it under one of my guitar amps being used to raise it up (weird, i know lol)

well it usually does look really good even nowadays with maxed out settings, and especially with S3TC textures.

Even though they did spell 'Armoury' correctly, that's British English, which I always found funny too since the game was made by Americans/Canadians.

I honestly found Unreal to be more entertaining and "replayable" than Half-Life. Maybe because I didn't have any expectations compared to HL, yet I still find it as if more inspired with it's exotic locations and atmospheric music.

I've meant to see gameplay of the first game, because I don't personally know anyone who ever owned the first game. Pretty advanced for its time.
