combat system is fine, although a bit too slow, considering the sea battles are very fast, but then u get to land battles, 10 minutes to take over a warehouse...

combat would have been fine with a bit faster.

The combat system was a complete failure, but you have to experiment and learn from your mistake hope they make a better one in 2070.

Volcano Eruptions Tornadoes like that natural disasters, Large Maps, a lot of natural resources, more balance organized economic system, organized city building system. there are even more. I've played Age of Empires 1,2,3 and almost every expansion pack and I can honestly say Anno seems an improved version of Age of Empires III.

No actually not, since war is only a small part of it unlike in AoM. Anno's main focus is on intelligent building of infrastructure of the cities, discovering and trade.

The wares and needs system is very complex, but it's very well made, so that it's always logical.

With the addon (venice) war isn't even the only option anymore to kill off enemies,

even though warfare was also enhanced.

Just get the demo.

First of all the subtitles are dutch, which is spoken in the Netherlands so I really don't know why you are refering to Germans in the first place. We Germans do not hate english, in fact every child has to learn it in every form of academic education.

But yeah we dubb almost everything, but that does not mean that we don't interact with the english language.

You can mostly avoid it (by making compliments, bribing and other stuff.), but in the campaign you really have to from time to time. The naval is pretty fun at some points atleast.
