does this actually work? i may just be being ignorant but i really don't see how it does. can anyone who's used it and had it actually work maybe tell me about it? cheers
@ImiiG16 It sounds weird, but once you get on one you will see how it works. The machine forces your muscles to pull and contract just like regular exercise but much faster. Your muscles, as long as they are being pulled and contracted under stress, they react the same way as regular exercise. The stress is your body weight and gravity created by the movement of the machine. Lots of info here: vibrationusa dott com

is this a sped up workout for demo purposes only or can you just hold the positions for such a short time and get results? Videos I have followed were much longer.

It depends on the position and your fitness level, but about 30 to 60 seconds is average.
