@vflow99 i finished the cleanse on th 14th! my laptop stopped workin so i couldnt make a vid! but the cleanse went great! i feel soooo much better and i've been eatin more veggies and workin out more...the webcam i used recently in my last vid wit my sister likes to only work when shes here XP idk how she gets it to work biut once I get it to work for me then i'll make a vid :)
@sassygirl2255883 i was nocturnal basically for abt 7 years. its hard breaking the cycle hun trust me. u basically have to force ur body to go to sleep early. even if u are laying in bed wide a way looking at the ceiling in the dark. just lay there it will annoying but eventually u will fall asleep
