I like the Evo but...for luxury and Sport feel, is always be Infiniti B/coz all Luxury sedan & coupe & SUV...they are very sexy and luxury ...EVO & Eclipse is the only good car from Mitsubishi so far...botton line compare with everything Infiniti is better...but for a race car I will go for the Evo.

buffed up lancer? you're probably ignorant and think you can throw a turbo on a lancer and suddenly its even close to an evo. so beefing up a car includes swapping its engine, its frame, adding a turbo, adding awd, adding ayc, and the list goes on and on...? thats not beefing up, thats a complete overhaul, which is what i'm saying. beefing up is aftermarket exhaust, intake, tune, etc, which is not what a lancer to evo conversion consists of. however, wrx to sti is like that.

The G is not stock.. you can clearly hear the bypass valve at 26sec just before he shifts to 3rd. Not only that 2nd gear reved up to quick to be stock. I'm running an aps TT G and my bypass/blowoff makes that quick flutter sound but is actually a little louder than this vid.

It would not decimate an EVO. Lets start with the first statement. Any Manual Car can keep up with another depending on which gear you are in. So lets eliminate all subjectivity. Even A 07 G35 is 0-60 5.4-5.5 1/4 mile in 13.9. An 07 EVO 0-60 in 4.4 1/4 mile 13 flat.. If these are older which I looks to be the ratio get worse, and the EVO is even faster. To prove my point. I choose the fastest G-35 time. My second point will be in the following reply. Stock for Stock a G-35 cannot keep up

Now on to the TT times. Taking the Stock EVO at 0-60 4.4 and 1/4 mile in 13 flat. The only legit 1/4 mile g-35 i could find in 1 minute had it in 12.25. So if you compare the times None are bad but stock the G35 should not win. Unless you start adding in drivers. You can search roll times starting from 20mph and up, but the G35 will lose in most of those cases. The TT does not blow the EVO away either. So the G35 in this video is 1 not stock 2 it's not an EVO or three the EVO driver is horrible

@dghboybigboy It's not the vQ engines fault. 3.5 liter naturally aspirated producing nearly 290 hp is not crap. Matter of fact, it was class leading when it first came out in 2003. BMW, Audi and others similar got scared shitless. The only problem with the G like all luxury sports coupes, they are heavy. Can't control that unless you want to make it un luxury which then ruins the point of them.
