Seer Terror is actually quite a fun game, despite it being "not very rewarding." Good ones, bad ones, funny ones (to you and ones that happen to Bowser), and downright awesome things. :P Anyway, E. Gadd does make some wacky inventions. Wacky, but totally wicked! :D

You may not care, but that Bowser bomb was also in Mario Party 5; it was in the mini-game Head Waiter, where you passed the bomb back and forth between yourself and the person you are dueling.

Actually, I believe the electric parts of the maze on Level 5 don't/can't shock you, but they are see-through so they're just there to try and confuse you.
