You say blacks commit the majority of violent crimes...then you go on to say that 38% of blacks commit aggravated assaults and 42 % of forcible rapes. If blacks commit 42% of forcible rapes than the other 58% (the MAJORITY) are commited by whites, and if the commit 38 percent of ag. assaults than the other 62% are commited by whites. So with those 2 major Crimes it was THE WHITES WHO COMMITED THE MAJORITY!!!
