i dont get it, i came away from this with the conclusion that islamic rule is not compatible with western rulers, as opposed to the actual title of the video much less the talk. as for monarchism being compatible with the islamic rule, the sheikh, is wrong. a monarch, true is a ruler of an empire but the sovreignty belongs to him. as with the reality of islamic rule, whereby sovreignty is the absolute domain of allah (swt), a ruler is elected via the people and ruling by quran and sunnah. simple

Correct me if I'm wrong but Isa is an arabic translation of Jesus and not indicative of a seperate prophet. Although I am aware that there were other Prophets not widely known from revelation or traditions.
