  • Thanks for the video. This happens to be exactly what I do on short or rolling hills. Power up, spin on the top flat then go up a gear for the down hill.

  • Thank you for this, where I live in central Florida theres nothing but rollers everywhere you go and false flats. I will try this technique. To make sure I understand you mean accelerate up, and before the top you drop gear and spin to recover?

  • That's was really interesting: "ride over the hill not to the top" and "spin your legs out to get rid of any lactic acid". I always knew about the getting rid of lactic acid but now i know it as a technique combined with getting over the hill. I used to ride to the top not over the hill.
