Now with a High rise Fire its a Little different then a main house fire. The scene could be hard because not sure if your going to have what happen on 9/11/2001 so The best safety procedure would be Get two ladder trucks and spray water on the fire. Why that going on determin if there is people trapped and if so what floors then start the Search and rescue operation but be aware of whats going on and keep in contact with command post at all times.

this video has nothing to do with 911 but something to point out, aside from the initial fireball which burned some 80-90% of the fuel instantly the fires in this building are hotter and more visible than that in the WTC, and what about WTC 7 that was not hit by a plane and fell, this building has way bigger flames than that building!

Actually guy, perhaps you may want to do just a wee bit more research. The floors of the WTC were re-distributing the load from the sundered columns on the exterior of the building. The floors were of a truss design which is particularly vulnerable to collapse during a fire. Prolonged exposure to heat and damage to the fireproofing on the structural steel from the impact caused the floors to fail and then the columns to fail. Boom, Tower fell down.

He says that they tested it even without fireproofing and it takes 3000 F to actually melt the steel, but an open air fire even with jet fuel can only burn up to 1200.
