Challenge him under RICO stat. or Form a "Special Grand JURY" with a Private Atty. General, hire a court reporter, take evidence, and INDICT him. In my lay opinion, I DO think if his Oath of OFFICE is FLAWED, then all his Rulings can be challenged successfully, but it won't happen without someone forcing each case .... Forget the corrupt D.A.'s Office from doing anything about it. WE THE PEOPLE will have to do it, takes , I think 24 per county. Tried and True residents.

@williamwagener From one William to another I think the term resident is a flawed terminology used to gain US citizens jurisdiction over People who are domiciles of the state. Any good legal diction will show a resident is there temporarily and when there business if finished they go back to there domicile. Like a doctor for example.

If this judge does not have a sworn in oath of office, his cases that he presided over would be null + void. That is where the travesty of justice comes in.Someone knowing this fact, could bring up a case like the trafficaing of stolen children as sex slaves or something like that could be a set up to have those go free that were involved. Judges are supposed to be neutral. Lawyers are supposed to protect their clients, not do things, like, talk them out of their rights to a jury trial.

How often have we heard a judge order a defendant to psychiatric evaluation?
