I also noticed the name plate on this one says three speed. The one I had also had the name plate in brown but it did not say three speed. Mine was also the same basic color as your 1993 200.
Nice fan! I think that might be a model 223 as the 200i's probably didn't appear until 1995. Then again, the cabinet does look a bit thin to be a 223. Maybe both the
223's and 200i's were both available at one time. I know there were still 223's available in 1992.
Actually I kind of found that out earlier. Yes, you are right about the 223. It does have a wider body. I kind of now think that 223's and 200i's co existed for a while in the 90's.
Yep. I was using an old Samsung, but now I have a Kodak Z1485. These are nice fans indeed. My sister has one that ran slow and ground to a stop. I'm surprised the motor didn't overheat as much as she used it back then. All it needed was some oil and now it runs perfect.
one of the better thin fans these are good fans i have a gray one like this.

Is this considered a 200i or just 200?

I'd say 200i.

I noticed the bannana blades went a little rounder in the 90's. The ones from the late 80's had the more pointier bannana blades.

Nahh. The 223 is the one with the larger frame. This is a 200 because it has the smaller frame.

Beau is correct they did co-exist in the 90's, the one from 94 I told you about is a 223, not a 200.
