@houselouitw He claimed "I ... Understand." with a long pause. I did not hear 'm" sound uttered from his mouth. It might be the background sound. Please listen carefully before you make any judgment.
@houselouitw Sure, you 可以 笑一下. As far as I am concern, You may laugh your head off, but not at the expense of others. 認真? Yes, I do not enjoy seeing people making fun of others when they themselves do not even know what they are talking about.
@Victorlesmono He has clearly pronounced "th" sound and then "s" sound. Of course he does have an accent (maybe Taiwanese accent), if you were immigrant from other area, you might think he does not speak ninth correctly. However I believe his English is just fine (A lot better than some immigrants I ran into who have lived in the state over ten years.) I don't believe yours is that much better.
@Victorlesmono His English is fine. Yours is wrong. "He can't even speak ..." is the correct English. Hey, make sure your know correct English before you correct others.
If you try to compare his accent with ABC, that's not fair comparison.
"He can't even ..." is a very common expression people use in the States. The fact you wrote your comment wrong , I can tell you do not speak very well English either. Be sure you know what you are talking about before judging others or shut up, just a thought.
