This is one of my favorite songs. For all those who think Shreya lip synced, watch 3:11 of this video. That varies from the original song. In original song the exact moment arrives around 2:22, and she sang it differently in the original.

This is an almost perfect karaoke rendition. Lip movements may not always reflect the audio because of slight video-audio sync lags.

I don't think a monster talent like Shreya needs to resort to lipsync, unless ofcourse she is suffering from an infection.

Buddy like i said,i am very very big fan/admirer of Shreya Ghoshal. I respect and adore her more than perhaps u would imagine.But just to justify my point, see her lips when she sings "pranayamorasulabha madhuramaa…… nirvrithi" in the anatara. She is singing something else and one can clearly make out that ,even after "madhuramaa" her lips move.

She is capable of flawless singing on stage as she has done before, but this was not one such instance.

@muffey6 appreciate your view but i find that the voice has the same effect in that of the original song..its very hard to create those studio effects live .and if shreya indeed has sung this live then i am only happy to be proven wrong :)

@biyer150 This can be proven very easily. Just extract an MP3 of this song from Youtube, then compare each 10sec section with original. You'll notice nuances where this rendition differs.

Its an amazing rendition to studio recorded music. That's all.

Shreya Ghoshal. A blessing for Indian Music. A versatile singer who sings in all languages with much ease and has great classical knowledge and sweet blessed vlice. No other non-keralaite singer sang Malayalam songs with correct pronunciation as Shreya, not even Lata and Asha. Wondered that she even pronounce 'zha' correctly which is a litmus test for non malayalies and I never heard any one prnouncing that letter correctly other than her.
