  • repo man is smash

  • wow one of the lamest finishers ever

  • crush move sucks

when i was young it was the shit LOL

  • Holy hell repo man was in demolition. Why did I not know this until now? I knew Crush was, was the third member also another wrestler outside of Demolition? Also Thank you to @Gimmickmuell for uploading all these vids from when wrestling was wrestling, and not the garbage we have today.

  • Damn there were some big ass dudes in the WWF in 1992 land of the giants

  • Crush was a strong SOB

  • go figure to former members of Demolition

  • 6:01 is the most impressive thing ever!!!

  • former partners vs each other

  • I just now realized repo man was in demolition

  • SummerSlam '92: Demolition EXPLODES!

  • @cbaldwinjr every response to this comment from now on...

    "Dammit! Beat me to it."

  • smash vs crush what a dumb match useless gimmicks

  • demolition deathmatch

  • Crush inspired Cena with the colours to wear!

  • I love Repo's Music!

  • @AMQ82 I know, just makes me want to get up and dance like a buffoon!

  • 0:15 is a very bad picture of Crush looks like my Grandmother.

  • Old School wwf fuck the wwe

  • Did Repo Man & Crush feud together?

  • lol 0:17 thats Crush?!

  • @1EPowerUp Yes

  • Man, Crush had an awesome mullet.

  • Demolion Collide :D

  • For some reason I love this match! The battle of Demolition is one of the more a classic undercards

  • @RyCASTLE

    Yeah I like it too

Weird seeing Demolition going at it

  • Demolition EXPLODES!!

  • @Fanik8 They should of had Bill (AX) Audie referee this match!

  • @gtz1975 Either him or Fuji

  • @gtz1975 it's bill EADIE

  • @gtz1975

Haha, nice idea, but that would mean the WWF would of had to acknowledged that Repo was Smash in a former incarnation

  • I almost forgot Brian Adams had a mullet during hiz second run az Crush.

  • Kinda reminds me of Royal Rumble '89 when Ax and Smash drew 1 and 2 and went right after each other.

  • @ijdgaf323 That's ironic because I never thought of Demolition while watching this match. At least not, Ax and Smash.

  • achey breaky back...cracks me up every time!

  • 1:59

  • battle of demoltion smash vs crush

  • In the 1989 Royal Rumble, we saw Ax vs Smash, and then in SummerSlam 1992, we saw Smash (then Repo Man) vs Crush.

  • Cool... the second incarnation of Demolition wrestling each other.

  • Yeah this is Crush vs. Smash. I think that Ax had some medical issues at this point and couldn't wrestle...Ax was like 45 at that point so he was on his way out of the WWE...Crush later went to jail then got out and became part of the Nation of Domination 5 years later...he's dead now...Ax and Smash still do their Demolition gig in the indies and Smash's son is actually a pro wrestler now...

  • @XxowendanxX This was 2 years after Ax left WWE.

  • Cush is the reason is got into wrestling. Owen Hart confirmed it.

  • LMAO at 0:28 to 0:38

  • Repo man was awesome

  • Demolition Crush vs. Demolition Smash. Did Vince Mcmahon really hate Demolition Ax that much?

  • And one more thing...in his last match, Repo and Demento got jobbed out to the Bushwackers on RAW! That just goes to show how bad things got after mid '92, or so...once guys like Sid and roberts left, things just went into freefall and Vince lost his compass...And what does dressing like Zorro have to do with being a repo man?

  • Crush just ran over the Repo Man. He has the tire tracks to prove it.

  • Demolition vs Demolition

  • does anyone realize that repo man and crush was part of demolition the greatest tag team ever. crush was with axe and smash

  • 0:44-0:52 - he reminds me of DH Smith, just by looking at his face. Crrrrrrush was awesome. if he was still alive and came back, he'd tear up the 'new' locker room. RIP Crush

  • i put that skull crusher on my little bro. when we were kids and it fucked him up something wicked, i was scared thought he was gonna die for a day. he was hearing bells and whistles all afternoon, brain ready to pop out of his skull...Not Funny!!!

  • Demolition explodes...lol.....RIP Brian "Crush" Adams

  • i love this match... damn Repo got his ass kicked

  • Brian Adams aka Crush and Barry Darsow aka Smash-Repo Man.

  • hey!!! its the original hamburgler

  • how did the repoman make it to summerslam?

  • @ave97 To summerslam? How did he make it past the drawing board? The sad thing is that, if not for extra direction guiding Vince, characters like this may have been repossessing private parts and "souls" during the attitude era...and WWF would have gone out of business. By the way, I love watching Repo beg for his life in a match with 'Taker (my fave wrestler)...looks good n pathetic.

  • @ave97 because he was smash from demolition

  • @ave97 plane probably

  • @ave97 He stole a cruise ship.

  • @ave97 Because Crush and Repo Man aka Demolition Smash were tag team partners in Demolition.

  • 2nd thought: great khali, u sorta owe crush for that vicegrip u tend to use from time to time

  • maybe i'll get thumbs down for this, maybe i won't, maybe y'all will have to reply to this just to see this, but i'm gonna throw this out there...

brian adams (RIP) was one of those guys that i think should never have been turned heel, because those usually led to him going pretty much nowhere. i mean, him being face was probably the same thing, but it isn't like only one person in the crowd cheered while the rest were dead silent.

  • @showstopper316 i think wwe major dropped the ball w crush.... he had the look the crowd response and the size wwe loved for their champs... he was also athletic and had some wrestling talent.. coulda pushed him instead of luger..

  • @xxdiezelmikexx true, coulda been him instead of luger goin for the belt. if u ask me, crush vs bret for the belt woulda been great. if i recall, the one match crush and hart had was a match on raw before wm10. good, but not as great as if crush fought hart for the belt when both were face

i didn't c much a feud in crush vs savage. all it circled around was the fact that macho man (who i think was on commentary at the time) couldn't save crush from one of yokozuna's banzai drops

  • Crush overhead pressing Repo Man was pretty impressive. Dude is unnaturally large.

  • Dude is very, very dead, like a lot of other wrestlers.

  • most of the wrestlers from the early 90s are deader than a fuckking doornail

  • Very sad....They made Darsow look more and more pathetic as Repo Man. WCW did even worse with the blacktop bully and that golf gimmick. After Demolition, no one quite figured out what to do with him.

As for Crush, he had no trouble finding something to do after Demolition. He did steroids (and not IcoPro like Vince says here).

  • can someone tell me when exactly crush turned from demo crush to kona crush? I know barry dorsow went from smash to repo in late 91' but don't remember seeing crush do the similar. wait maybe he toured japan for a while. must wikipedia him, but shout some answers out anywaqy if you people can. crush was awesome rip.

  • Demolition's last match as a tag team was in March 1991 at wrestlemania 7.

Crush left the WWF, then returned in the summer of 1992 as "kona crush" as a haiwaian surfer type gimmick.

Smash turned into repo man, around November/December 1991.

  • @Rob23

so then it WAS summer of 92'. I remember seeing his promos, lol. yeah smash I remember the date because it was around x-mas time of that year. I was also looking through one of my old "PWI" magazines dated jan of 93' (so the info in there is probably from late 92') and under the tag team ranking, it showed "crush and animal" as one of the teams. anyone remember seeing them team up? and maybe crush wore some paint for the occasion? ;-)

  • Hawk from legion of doom was injured for a few weeks, Crush took his place, that's why Crush was teaming with Animal.

  • Demolition were awesome but repo man?!!!!!!!!! not cool

  • Repo Man barely got an offensive move in

  • former partners going against at each other lol

  • Crush's mullet is the BEST THERE IS

    THE BEST THERE WAS

AND THE BEST THERE EVER WILL BE

    AND THATS THE BOTOM LINE

IF YOU SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKING

  • R.I.P CRUSH

  • This is clipped apparently; Repo gets more offense in.

  • LOL thats awesome, brings back memories... I remember going to see a match when I was growing up and Crush was my favoirte. I did the "crush" hand movements and everything thinking he was so cool.

Papa Shango used to scare me.

  • yeah i agree, Ax should be the ref of this match so we'll have the Demolition Reunion...LOL

  • It would have been something if AX was referee.

  • You ever notice how they always say, "this young man has a bright future ahead of him." It's like they are giving them bad luck when they say it

  • these 2 were a tag team called demolition smash and crush

  • @rainxxxx Damian Demento

  • I liked how Repo Man hopped into the final stages of the finisher rather then having Crush lift him with his hands.

  • @DeanNJN repo man was a massive dude at 285lbs, i think he sold himself short by taking on that character

  • Crush looks like Billy-Ray Cyrus on steroids!

  • Why didn't they just make Nailz and Repo Man a tag team? Look at them, you got a convict and a guy who looks like your stereotypical burglar, they could have just made them The Convicts.

  • That would work. Repo Man/Smash was a good tag-team partner for physically impressive but limited hulks, since he was never exactly intimidating but could wrestle well.

  • after the match crush and smash probably talked about the good ole days of demolition and smash probably told him crush u fucked up demolition because of you i'll never get a belt.

  • Considering Hawk left after this...I would have reinstituted Smash(Darsow) & Crush(Adams) as Demolition and give them a long deserved push. Ax & Smash were together from Jan 1987 to November 1990...Crush and Smash June 1990 to July 1991...there was so much Smash and Crush could have done, with Ax as their manager!

  • I remembered the repo man being a lot smaller for some reason.

  • I think Crush should have been the one to slam Yokozuna instead of Luger.

  • i agree. i remember the stars and stripes challenge where crush came the closest to slamming yoko before luger...

  • @domirules28 yeah. I would say Crush COULD slam easily to Yoko. Crush was strongest than Luger without a doubt.

  • i agree, they wanted to move luger to main event status from posing in front of five mirrors...at stars and stripes challenge, he only got yoko halfway up, then dropped him, (same at summerslam '93)....the only wrestler to legitimately bodyslam yoko was ahmed johnson on an october 1995 edition of monday night raw

  • BTW, I like how they treat the "vice grip" Khali does like it's some new move. Crush did it 15 years prior.

  • the Von Erichs were doing it 20 years before Crush. They called it the Von Erich Claw

  • 5 military press reps on a 290 lb man. Adams was super strong.

  • Comment removed

  • I didn't know Crush had a solo career.

  • repo man was smash

  • No wonder he looks so much like him.

  • Demolition is rolling over in its grave!

  • R:I:P CRUSH,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

  • Crush was one of my favs

  • I gotta get Summerslam 92. I want the original tape though. None of this edited WWE stuff.

The stadium was packed! One of the truly large, great pay per views of 90s.

  • aww man, i feel u. i hate when wwe modifies this stuff on dvds and 24/7. it sucks! glad i had this taped back in 92.

  • it was the biggest wwe/wwf pay per view interms of attendance....even bigger than the wrestlemania in the silverdome...

  • 93,000 in the silverdome....80 or so in wembley.

  • the 93,000 number for the silverdome has always been challenged by rumours that the number was padded and there were really between 65 and 70,000 people in attendance for that wrestlemania.. there were legitimately 80,355 in wembley here....

  • go back and watch wrestlemania 3 and compare it to this attendance...much more

  • Greatest gimmick ever! The Repo man!

  • wait a min, those two were team mates

  • Yes they were, Demolition Smash & Crush

  • thanks bidog67 :)

  • howd i know crush was gonna win?

  • Some Where In That Crowd Was A Young Nigel McGuinness.

  • summerslam from london England and this match was cut from the uk screening of it.

was back in the days when we never got wwe / wwf live in the uk.

Vince mcmahon has to be the worst play by play man in history. x

  • apart from the live UK events

  • That mullet is dangerous!

  • That guy (repo man) was funny as hell.

  • mountie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!

  • By looking at the match preview pic at 0:15...you would not even tell these two were Demolition Crush and Demolition Smash. LOL by the looks of it at 0:42 Crush was half way to the ring when his music started.

  • Repo Man is awesome. That is all.

  • yep barry darsow (repo man) and brian adams (crush)

  • This is ironic. Two former members of one of the greatest tag teams in WWF/E history facing off and both of their new gimmicks didn't live up to their original one. The icing would've been so right on the cake if Bill Eady (Ax) would've been something like a special guest referee! Then, you would've had all three members of the former tag-team Demolition in the ring at the same time!

  • Demolition were awesome and should have carried on. i guess you can say Demolition were...demolished :(

  • LOL!!!

  • fucking a man. that would have been EPIC.

you should be booking wrestling because that idea was alot better than the crap Steph and vince are giving fans now.

  • they used to be tag team partmers in Demolition

  • Just two years after being owned by the Harts, one member of Demolition owns the other.

  • man this was so entertaining back then. crush, repo man, maaaaan they were so into their gimmicks during that time. It aint worth crap now. Man how can they stand the sorry state it's in now?

  • Crush was so damn cool. RIP Brian Adams. Thank-you for all of the years of entertainment.

  • 2 former Demolition Member going 1 on 1.

    Crush vs Repo Man (Smash)

  • I wonder how many knew this at the time?

  • Anyone who got their hands on a copy of PWI. That mag constantly brought it up.

  • Good point...

  • If a new star comes to the WWE, I usually look them up to see if it is a superstar I know of.

  • should have brought back demolition.

  • Crush was cool

  • THESE TWO GUYS WERE BEST FRIENDS.

  • does anyone actually know anyone that has used ico pro?

  • Repo Man should have won, he's awesome.

  • RIP Brian Adams

  • this was an amazing event even better at the wembley stadium

  • packed 9 ways to Sunday.

  • this was demolition crush vs demolition smash

  • Correct. It's amazing how the WWF recycled wrestlers and acted as if they were new people.

  • ha ha! i never thought of that. good call!

didnt like crush as a singles wrestler though, demolition were awesome!

  • weird.. demolition back in action.. except against each other.. alas.. repo rules!

  • the irony. You think back on Demo. they imagined hey would fight each other with one as a thief and one as a hawaian guy.

  • got to love vince's laugh.
