lol i only eat pop tarts once every 6 month and work out and when i was young i ate those too but whe your young you can eat alot of things without gaining weight

This is because in Mother Russia, tarts pop you. Frosted Pop-tarts are not suitable for vegetarians because they contain gelatin.
LMAO when I think of all of the times I have consumed pop tarts, fed them to my kid, and sold them illegally on street corners....I'm so ashamed. This was really one to grow on.
