Hi - If you have time, you could make a very nice lesson to go with this video. You could include 1) the text in S and T characters and English (either using the annotations or YouCaption tools), 2) writing lessons for the 10 easiest characters, a list of several useful sentence patterns. Why don't you start a website with downloadable practice sheets. Thanks!

You also must learn the characters of chinese and the alphabet... You can't just simply learn a few words and then you're off to china. Pin-yin is only ment to be used to help the english pronounce words.
