What I meant was that the final republican candidate, John McCain, was a weak, waffling, non conservative. With all the rep. had going against them ie McCain-bad economy(govt.fault)-8-years of republican rule-critical Bush mistakes that betrayed conservatives(big spending, open border ect.) it's stunning that McCain did as well as he did. No doubt a strong con. would have decisively beaten Obama.
I think if the current administration sees at any time prior to 2012 that Ron Paul, or any other candidate for that matter, could be a legitimate threat, you can look for the media to scrape together every bit of dirt, real or otherwise, to discredit them. I think if the current administration sees at any time prior to 2012 that Ron Paul, or any other candidate for that matter, could be a legitimate threat, you can look for the media to scrape together every bit of dirt, real or otherwise, to discredit them. I just hope by that time americans will have wised up. It's called free speech. I know in the UK they don't have a constitution. The UK doesn't have a first amendment. In the United States we have free speech, protected from the government, so Mark can say whatever he wants. He doesn't use expletives. If you get fired in the UK for disagreeable political speech, than the UK sucks ass. Mark Levin speaks for me!!!!!!!!!
