Our River here in Winnipeg was Just as high if not a bit higher ... this year too!
It was the highest its ever been in years !.....the Forks downtown....the river walkway Was COMPLETELY swamped over by the over flowing banks of water!
we know how it feels to be flooded! hahaha!
