so if i was escorted to a hospital that also handles psychatric evauluation ,its within a regular hospital were cops can escort someone to talk to someone to se e if they need to be committed to a psych ward,when cops escort someone in handcuffs and bring them into the building to talk to mental health people ,do cops have to obey hippa in a situation like that?
