Can anyone please explain me what mistake the Lawyer did? he said 'he went to four experts. he asked that guy for refund'. still what proof she want? why she said that the lawyer is lying?
@rudhrakha He should have documented his communication with this the rug seller. Even the "four experts' opinions" did not seem to have been in black and white, so there is nothing to prove that he actually do this. According to the lawyer, everything was done verbally, which is atypical of what a lawyer should have done. The earliest prove of his asking for a refund was the papers from legal actions. It didn't make sense for something so expensive not to have any documented proof.
