@DrGanja99 I'll have a video covering the differences. Basically, the Kindle has a speaker and a headphone jack so you can listen to music or an audio book. And Kindle offers the X-Ray feature which is useful for non-fiction titles. However, those features don't make up for the fact that the Kindle has a poor UI and is too slow and non-responsive, nor is it as comfortable to handle as the Nook. But you know the Amazon store is here to stay so it's a safe investment.

@DetroitBORG ohh i hate that. I had a simular experience in the apple store. Finally received my money from my damaged macbook pro from a friend. I asked the clerk for a new mac and explained to him the situation and that time machine has my mac backed up. He still insisted on selling me everything in the store.

@gundambob646 Yes, the Apple sales reps have to meet quotas for things like extended warranties and accessories. It use to be worse with MobileMe, they constantly wanted me to renew, even if I had just renewed a few months earlier. I've been through that enough times to tell them right up front what I am and not interested in, and they get the clue to speed it up.

@chessdude67 I don't think you have to worry about that, but if that happens the Nook supports ePub which is a DRM free open standard and you can side load your own book purchases.
