  • Quick question. Just received my copy of Power 90 and it includes 6 different workouts. How should I start off?

  • @Jabboi Be sure to read the program guide. You can start with the 6 day fat burning express if you want or you can dive right into Power 90. Day 1 is sculpt 1-2 and day 2 is sweat 1-2 and ab ripper and you alternate days. You can substitute the sweat workouts with the fat burning express workout if you want.
