  • Damn.... I wish I had a stair case in my house... T_T

  • Bear grylls ooo rha

  • HAHAHA Bear Grills ultimate survival in the back ground

  • 0:45 bear grylls is on tv!!!

  • TV will always be boring..-.-...good to you mate ;)

  • When try to roll over my right shoulder i keep going to the left how do i make self go straight

  • @lesh4die oops wrong vid

  • @ 2:43 how high would you say that counter is you use to climb up, because the one in my kitchen's quite high compared to that one and just wanted to know if you had any ideas for an alternative

  • @followthespringfield 1 /1 and a half meter : )

  • So basically do some p90x shit to condition indoor???

  • under the fence. its just pushups using different arrays of muscles

  • What's the push up thing at 1:24 called?

  • @Suckmygoth it's called a dande.

  • @Suckmygoth its a hindu push up

  • OMG!! bear grylls eating some animal 1:06

  • I love the end! poor normal people :D

  • yo JMT and AOTP is what got me hooked on underground.

  • if you like parkour then you should and might asswell do parkour even when the sun dont shine

  • nice flat man are you looking for a rummi????????

  • can someone explain to me the conditioning at 2:43, like which part of the body am i meant to be using, cause i have a feeling i am doing it wrong.

  • @mattlaitszhim That type of movement works the deltoids and trapezius. Keep a good straight body position and you'll get the benefit.

  • @mattlaitszhim by looking at it i believe its a form of pushup/pullup? those two are mostly bicep and tricep things to do for climbing i suppose.

  • 1:20 Reminds me of that febreeze commercial...

    Awesome vids bro!!

  • The ending was hilarious.

Woman: "Okay lets do this cardio with these bands, and dance around a bit, this will get us in shape"

Adam: "Bitch, you don't know shit about working out"

  • Why do they Roll after jumping downwards?

  • @ozboybrian That's called a PK roll. We do it to keep momentum and more importantly, protect our knees and ankles from injuries. Did you ever jump from a wall at least 1.5x taller than you? If you did, you surely felt like your knees were about to break, and your ankles started hurting. To prevent that - we do the Parkour roll. Get what I'm saying?

  • @ezkiller93 - Ah! xD

Thought it would be something like that! I'm training to do Pro Wrestling and this might help me, is hard to learn? and tutorials? Thanks for the reply mate!

  • @ozboybrian /watch?v=5tJAyNxig_A&feature=view_all&list=PLCAB36374B62833DE&index=30 - for a PK roll tutorial, and here - /watch?v=y6I1J0zmE7U&feature=view_all&list=PLCAB36374B62833DE&index=18 for the advanced roll

  • whats that bibio song that plays around 1:28?

  • @Dustin322 Look at the end of the video.

  • @ezkiller93

aha it was bonobo damn similar names. thanks

  • I haven't ever really worked out before, and even when I took martial arts none of the stretches or training involved equipment, so I never got any. This video saved my wallet full of graduation money :D now I can get some gear for my new addiction...

Seriously, though, thanks so much for the epic video. I was about to give up on stuff I could do at home.

    Semper Licens

  • As a traceur, Im both fortunate and tortured with my body type. I gain muscle extraordinarily quickly, but loose it just as fast. If I dont work out for two days, I've lost muscle(at least it feels that way) But I started out strong, and I was lucky because of that. But now, conditioning is a perfectly normal thing for me. and because I can be so creative, Its actually quite some fun. Working out/Conditioning doesn't have to be a pain, Make it fun, just like parkour. -3 Year tracuer and fighter

  • The ending was genius, good job

  • Any idea how long it takes to get the strength I need if I'm starting from stage one? Quite honestly, I've never really worked out, or done cardio, so I'm totally not in shape, but I'm willing to give it a try.

  • @Phoenix1772x Yeah dude, same question here ;-).

    We are youtube nerds :D

  • @Phoenix1772x honestly if you've never done anything it's going to take months of dedicated training but the payout is beyond worth it, just remember to workout at your level and continually push your limits that's the only way to get better. just keep pushing

  • @Phoenix1772x The amount of weight you can lift doesn't matter, its how much muscle you have compared to your body weight. if you can do 40 push ups or about 5 pull ups without stopping you'll do just fine. you just need to practice and get to know your limits. once you know how to do the basics you can mess around and make your own moves

  • 20 ppl are obviously huge faggots

  • love your kung fu. keep it up

  • the exercise that you are doing at 3:44 for what helps you?

  • @trelosgiasidera It's called a L-sit. It's an exercise that helps build your core strength.

  • @OHNOEZTHEBANANAS thanks.....

  • how dod u get so flexable i cant even do that in the begining

  • If you have stairs, wat i do is do catwalks on them; backwards, frontwards going up or backwards, frontwards going down.

  • ahh damn i live in a bungalow :L will have to miss the stairs out :P

  • whats the second song that plays?

  • awesome vid

  • yo dude i do P90x and weight lifting and so far my body doesnt hv that much flexibility...and i think these programs r hurting my body more

so should i stop doing these and condition myself the old fashion way? and is weight lifting bad for parkour?

btw im 15 and good vid man really appreciate it

  • @cooled17 weight lifting is not bad for parkour its just that weight lifting dosent work out all the muscles that are needed all you have to do is stretch alot and change up your routine now and then do some of the workouts like this guy in the vid dose at home every so often insted of what you would normally do during the week or learn how to incorporate it with the right amount of rest time between. and make sure to stretch all your muscles even if you arnt working them out that day good luck

  • so true!!!

  • OMG jedi mind tricks!you have a taste ;)

  • I loved the ending. Good stuff man.

  • GAY!!!!!!!!!

  • don't roll indoors... my face..

  • Really awesome video and exercises!! : D

  • I like ur house :)

  • Thank you my freind....Let the Peace be with you

  • dude ... i did the stair thing in my house and my dad walked by and was all wtf?

  • how many repititions should we do for each one??

  • the reasoning of Red Dragon? that's Parkour conditioning?

  • someone even built their houses for parkour

  • I don't know how often you respond to your comments, but I was wondering which of those and how long for each should I do if I am just starting out? I am not really sure how to word the question, but hopefully that works.

  • Excellent music!!!!!!! Bonobo?

  • fro what is the 1:46 ?

  • press 4 for humping motion

  • This also goes to show that a workout can be done without equipment. Because I'm too cheap for equipment. So I do this stuff lol

  • can these be used for any season or type of weather

  • at 1:13 he was doing something for some more parkour trainers and coches

  • at 1:13 he was doing something

  • I see broken walls in near future @ random suburban house in sweden.

  • did he like do some japanese medatation or somthing thats clean

  • @Intergalactic1love na, was called a prayer squat and shit for holding that position for 5 mins, thats really impressive, i can barely hold that for 2mins

  • i like your videos.. ima do some of these exercises when im at home :P

  • this just comes to show that you can train anywhere no matter what.

  • lols, was this vid a turn on for anybody else? :p

  • 1:45 do the snif the carpet! lol

  • dude his pants say parkour thats so sick!

  • HAHA press " the number 3" repeatedly :D

  • i cant move a door and wall

  • i cant jump off my stairs and roll stuff would be in my way. is there another way to practice the roll??

  • @lilshortdude1 MOVE THE STUFF OR GO OUT SIDE

  • @lilshortdude1 You can just find a stretch of open floor, maybe 5-7 feet long, and use the run-jump-roll method. It will get you accustomed to the roll, but not to the high jump before hand.

  • Thanks i feel much better=)

  • keep pressing 3 ;)

  • static stretching should be done after training, not before. One should use only dynamic stretching exercises before strength training. The purpose of static stretching is teach the muscles how to relax, doing it before training weakens you.

  • I like the video style haha :P

  • nice house and good vid thank you

  • nice house and good vid thak you

  • simply... GREAT

  • my mom would scream at me if i did all of those

  • i see man vs wild on the tv :D

  • @emoslap Aighttt

  • @TimmyTheTurtle1000 train 2 be as "beastly" lmao

  • ty here where i live it`s rainy half a summer..

  • how long did you hold your squat for? O_o

  • wtf is he doin at 2:10?

  • @mtpxchino94

That's a squat hold. It'll work your quads, glutes, and abs to some extent. I can only hold that position for about 35 seconds, and I'm probably around average/slightly less than average fitness.

  • @mtpxchino94 he is doing a prayer posture. Its a yoga move. Strengthins the hips and hip flexors.

  • "The Injured Loser may not survive."

    "... :c"

xD Great video, it helps so much.

  • All of your videos are really good... Subscribed.

  • I did alot this type of running from 2000-2006, by the end of 2006 by ankles were pretty much shot and took about 2 years to get better.

  • Please put music in the description

  • @finbomartini

Music's at the end of the video,

  • lol, my house is too small too do any of this

  • track name please:) boozooki is perfect. great job

  • Nice video but I live in a dorm, which is smaller than a house lol. But this video gave me some ideas on how I can arrange the furniture that I have...

  • yes, that's what i'm asking. do you have a group?

  • Yup.

I can't believe i'm asking this. But where do you train?

grrr, what I'm trying to say/ask, you have made it official no?

like, you train parkour. So, you just do it by urself all the time, or is there some group you check in with every once in a while...

  • @maxmosesman I am the founder of a community, actually. So I teach classes and clinics, and other than that, I train either by myself, or with some other people who are either near my skill, or who's company I enjoy.

  • i really like your training methods

  • dude i know this sounds so gay but when i try to stretch to touch my toes it kills the back of my legs and i can only touch my shins u got any tips?

  • @THIScrapIhate you should strecth more and more until you can touch your toes..oh and drink lots of water it will make you more flexible.I can touch my toes and hold it for 5-6 secs. But after that it starts to hurt alot!.You need to feel pain acctually..it means that you are stretching your muscles..kinda like a workout, you feel pain when you workout too right?

  • dude where did you get those sweat pants i want a pair!!!

  • Music?

  • @AaaaghJOE

    bonobo- ketto

  • @AaaaghJOE bonobo-ketto

  • reminds me of oceans 12

  • "The injured loser may not survive."

    Sadfase :(

    Makes me laugh everytime!

  • thats a nice house thanks for sharing

  • yay! man vs wild in the background!!!

  • @ARtrickz: one of the two programs :P

  • two things... once again really freakin useful, next holy shit you are fit!

  • i like the Boondock Saints prayer at the beginning of the vid.

  • I just started a few weeks ago, is this a decent place to start? I'm not really in shape, but I'm not over weight or anything. Last is there a sight that offers a reliable help base and information and techniques?

  • @heavenhell86 a lot of the stuff he's doing takes a lot of built-up strength.

if you do pushups, sit ups, pull ups and squats for a few months, you can probably start working on some of these.

i just started about a month ago, too, and i still can't do some of the things he does.

have fun and good luck! :)

  • Goood, really creative!:)

  • thanks a lot for this video you help me a lot and now i know what to do when im bored ! :D

  • can u send me the background music?

  • i like the ending bcuz its sooo true!

  • good stuff you dont need money when fine

  • Great.I've got some new ideas for workouts...especially since I stay at home most of the time

  • Awesome! Where I live the weather's crap...I'll have to give some of these a try, especially the counter-dips.

The lazy vault onto the sofa cracked me up. Just so ya know. xD

  • for your hindu pushups, try spreading your legs for a bit of a more difficult pushup.

  • 2:22 how many minutes later?

  • i liked the ending of this video pplez pay so much for a gym memebership when they can do all this at home

  • 2:11 perfect shot for a Sunset-Moonrise-Moonset-Sunrise-Background

  • at 3:45 when you have your legs up, do dips it increases entire upper body strength

  • how long did it take you to get used to pushups that well ? cus im using this workout to get back in shape, was in shape until thanksgiving and winter hit plus a 360 hit (xbox). so yea nice workout.

  • @AplexPk isn't that a half squat?

  • @AplexPk that is a kung fu horse stance it is a great workout when hold for long periods of time.

  • Best indoor conditioning I've ever seen! This is also great for martial arts.

  • What's the song that talks about becoming God? It's some bad ass down tempo! And thanks for some ideas for indoor.

  • @WhenYouLoose

"Blood In, Blood Out" by Jedi Mind Tricks

    It's in the credits.

  • Nice, do you know a good biceps excercise?

  • Good vid, had the same reaction towards the TV at the end, haha!

  • any tips on workouts to help with pull ups? thats the only move my strength fails me on. i just dont have a place to hang, just on flat ground would be preferred

  • @frezzingaces Handstand to wall and push ups =D work for me then I do pull ups XD

  • @frezzingaces What 'bout doing pulls to a table? Works really great

  • 2.29 terminator

  • Nice video!:) You use your house's stuff like the urban staff during parkour:) It helped me a lot, now the weather is shitty so i can just train indoor:)

  • Great video,u have given me a. Few ideas when it is raining out side and nothing to do inside,I usually flip in the middle of my living room while my dad is watching tv,he thinks I'm stupid, but I do love parkour.
