I was there at the 02 and I didn't think this band could match the hype surrounding them and boy was I wrong. Every band I had seen live were now no longer relevant.

Would love Robert to join them but to hear that guitar sound again would be worth it.

its just a shame that jimmy cant play or record with his friends without a bunch of fools saying hes "spoiling the zep legacy" .jimmy and jpj want to play live,its what they love. are they supposed to just sit on their asses because plant doesnt want in on it? if they have material in them, let them produce it.i would personally buy any album that featured page jones bonham,and would not care if they called it led zeppelin or the flying flakes.

wow, i'm so sad, seriously, very disappointed, i should be happy that they are rehearsing and there is plans, but this is devastating news, i try to be happy about this but can't get over the fact that i will never get to see led zeppelin, this really is the end of zeppelin as a band, but their music will live forever

in my opinion robert did the least in the band out of the 4 of them and they still call themselves zeppelin but also only if the singer sounds like robert ie Chris Robinson from the Black Crowes, the singer for the Parlor Mob etc.

I would agree that Robert did the least in the band. Even Jimmy said there only three musicians in the band.I think Coverdale would be a good singer for the band formerly known as Led Zeppelin, but with that said I will say this, opinions are like assholes and they all stink ,LOL ! Only one person can Replace Robert Plant and pull it off. That person is Zebra's Randy Jackson. For those who doubt it, listen to him sing "The Ocean". John, Jason, and Jimmy- Randy is your man. By the way, Zebra's Atlantic Records debut album is the fastest selling debut in Atlantic's history. Even faster selling than Zeppelin's debut at its release.

I have a hard time believing that. I'm not slighting Zebra, but from purely a commercial standpoint, Zebra wasn't much..

The statement that their debut outsold Zeppelin I "at it's release" (whatever that means) requires some documentation.

wow, i really don't know how to feel about this, i'm glad they are touring, but i'm 15 and my number 1 dream is to see zeppelin live, but without robert it's just not zeppelin, i will probably end up seeing them, but they shouldn't be called led zeppelin, so i'm kinda happy and sad ): :(
